CHOPPED AND POWDERED CARBON FIBER REINFORCED MATERIAL FOR ASPHALT MIXTURES AND ASPHALT MIXTURES COMPRISING THE SAME
The present invention relates to a carbon fiber reinforcing material for an asphalt mixture, an asphalt mixture containing the same, and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to a rod-shaped asphalt mixture durability reinforcing material obtained by simultaneously impregnating crushed carbon fiber bundles and pulverized carbon fiber powder with a recycled plastic resin and then performing molding, an asphalt mixture containing the same, and a method for preparing the same. The asphalt mixture durability reinforcing material obtained by simultaneously impregnating crushed and pulverized carbon fiber with a recycled plastic resin and performing molding according to the present invention is an asphalt mixture reinforcing material mixed with aggregates and a binder to yield an asphalt mixture, wherein the crushed carbon fiber bundles and the pulverized carbon fiber powder are impregnated with a thermoplastic recycled plastic resin and molded and cut to have the length of 12 to 15 mm and the diameter of 2 to 3 mm.
본 발명은 아스팔트 혼합물용 탄소섬유 보강재 및 이를 포함하는 아스팔트 혼합물 그리고 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 파쇄된 탄소섬유 다발과 분쇄된 탄소섬유 분말을 재생 플라스틱 수지에 동시에 함침한 후 성형한 봉 형태의 아스팔트 혼합물 내구성능 보강재 및 이를 포함하는 아스팔트 혼합물 그리고 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 파쇄 및분쇄 탄소 섬유를 재생 플라스틱 수지에 함침하여 성형한 아스팔트 혼합물 내구성능 보강재는 골재 및 바인더와 함께 혼합되어 아스팔트 혼합물을 구성하는 아스팔트 혼합물 보강재에 있어서, 파쇄된 탄소섬유 다발과 분쇄된 탄소섬유 분말을 열가소성 재생 플라스틱 수지에 함침한 후에 성형하고 절단하여 길이 12~15mm 및 직경 2~3mm를 갖는다.
