The present invention provides a mold for offering an effect of being capable of molding a water-permeable block that can collect rainwater, that falls on the upper surface of the water-permeable block, into a plurality of water collection grooves formed on the upper surface of the water-permeable block and allowing the falling rainwater, collected into the plurality of water collection grooves, to permeate into the ground through a water-permeable hole with permeability corresponding to a permeability coefficient of grade 1 or higher and an effect for and an effect for being capable of molding a water-permeable block whose bending strength is prevented from being equal to or lower than a reference value by using a water-permeable hole, which is a hole formed for allowing the falling rainwater to rapidly permeate into the ground with permeability corresponding to a permeability coefficient of grade 1 or higher. The mold includes an upper mold part (1000) and a lower mold part (2000).
