Electrical Non-slip Spray Coating Apparatus with Self-Cleaning Function
The present invention provides an electrically-driven nonslip paint spray apparatus with a self-cleaning function to efficiently construct a nonslip coating layer with unevenness by mixing and spraying nonslip paint and air while running in an electrically-driven structure. The electrically-driven nonslip paint spray apparatus with a self-cleaning function comprises: a vehicle driving part including a vehicle body frame having wheels with front and rear intervals on a lower portion thereof and having a driver seat and a steering means on an upper portion thereof, and an electric driving unit installed on the vehicle body frame and outputting electricity as power to apply driving power; a paint spray part including a paint tank installed on the vehicle body frame of the vehicle driving part and accommodating and storing paint therein, an air compressor installed on the vehicle body frame and compressing and storing air therein, and a spray nozzle unit installed to be extended from a side of the vehicle driving part to the outside to be positioned and receiving air and paint from the air compressor and the paint tank to spray paint mixed with air to the surface of a road; and a nozzle cleaning part including a cleaner tank installed on the vehicle body frame of the vehicle driving part and accommodating and storing a cleaner therein, a collection tank provided on one side of the cleaner tank and formed to collect a cleaner therein, and a cleaning driving unit having a cleaner supply line connecting the cleaner tank and the spray nozzle unit of the paint spray part and supplying a cleaner toward the spray nozzle unit of the paint spray part.
본 발명은 전동 구동 구조로 주행하면서 미끄럼방지 도료를 공기와 혼합 분사하여 요철을 갖는 미끄럼방지 피복층을 효율적으로 시공함을 제공하도록, 하부에 전후 간격을 두고 차륜을 구비하며 상부에 운전석 및 조향수단을 구비하는 차체프레임과, 상기 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 전기를 동력으로 출력하여 구동 전원을 인가하는 전기구동유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 차량구동부와; 상기 차량구동부의 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 내부에 도료를 수용 저장하는 도료탱크와, 상기 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 내부에 공기를 압축 저장하는 공기압축기와, 상기 차량구동부의 측부에서 외측으로 연장하여 위치하게 설치하고 상기 도료탱크 및 상기 공기압축기로부터 도료 및 공기를 공급받아 도로의 노면에 공기가 혼합된 도료를 분사하는 분사노즐유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 도료분사부와; 상기 차량구동부의 차체프레임 상에 설치하고 내부에 세척제를 수용 저장하는 세척제탱크와, 상기 세척제탱크의 일측에 구비하고 내부에 세척제를 회수 가능하게 형성하는 회수탱크와, 상기 세척제탱크와 상기 도료분사부의 분사노즐유닛을 연결하는 세척제공급라인을 구비하며 세척제를 상기 도료분사부의 분사노즐유닛을 향해 공급하는 세척구동유닛을 포함하여 구성하는 노즐세척부;를 포함하는 자가 세척 기능을 구비한 전동식 미끄럼 방지 도료 분사장치를 제공한다.
