Insulation block manufacturing method and insulating block manufactured thereby
The present invention relates to an insulation block manufacturing method, which can manufacture a tile-shaped insulating block manufactured using an insulating paint composition capable of insulating and controlling humidity through internal and external thermal insulation, and an insulating block manufactured thereby. The method comprises: an insulating paint composition manufacturing step of manufacturing an insulating paint composition by stirring at least one type of raw material and additives for manufacturing the insulating paint composition using a stirring device prepared for stirring the insulating paint composition; a granule manufacturing step of curing the insulating paint composition prepared in the insulating paint composition manufacturing step to form granular granules; and a block forming step of manufacturing the insulating block by pressurizing and molding the granules manufactured in the granule manufacturing step into a block shape using a block-shaped mold.
본 발명은 내외부 열차단을 통한 단열 및 조습이 가능한 단열 페인트 조성물을 이용하여 제조한 타일 형상의 단열 블록을 제조할 수 있도록 구현한 단열 블록 제조 방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 단열 블록에 관한 것으로, 단열 페인트 조성물의 제조를 위한 적어도 한 종류 이상의 원재료와 첨가제를 단열 페인트 조성물의 교반을 위해 준비된 교반 장치를 이용하여 교반시켜 단열 페인트 조성물을 제조하는 단열 페인트 조성물 제조 단계; 상기 단열 페인트 조성물 제조 단계에 의해 제조된 단열 페인트 조성물을 경화시켜 입상(粒狀)의 알갱이 형태로 제조하는 알갱이 제조 단계; 및 상기 알갱이 제조 단계에서 제조된 알갱이를 블록 형상의 틀을 이용하여 블록 형상으로 가압 성형하여 단열 블록을 제조하는 블록 성형 단계;를 포함한다.
