Fire proof door
The present invention provides a fireproof door which is compact and improves productivity. The fireproof door includes: a front plate (20) formed of a metal material and having first wings (21, 22, 25) which are bent from an edge to the rear; and a rear plate (30) formed of the metal material and having second wings (31, 32, 35) which are bent from the edge to the front. A pair of the first wings (21, 22) arranged on the front plate (20) to face each other and a pair of the second wings (31, 32) arranged on the rear plate (30) to face each other are vertically overlapped with each other. Connection holes (23, 33) connected to a fixing unit (70) are aligned in the first wings (21, 22) and the second wings (31, 32) overlapping each other. Taper units (24, 34) are inserted to overlap each other by being inclined inward toward the connection holes (23, 33). The taper units (24, 34) are formed on the circumference unit of the connection holes (23, 33) of the first wings (21, 22) and the second wings (31, 32). So, the first wings (21, 22) of the front plate (20) are prevented from being separated from the second wings (31, 32) of the rear plate (30) by front and rear external forces.
본 발명은 금속재로 이루어지며 가장자리에서 후방으로 절곡된 제1날개(21,22,25)를 갖는 전면판(20); 및 금속재로 이루어지며 가장자리에서 전방으로 절곡된 제2날개(31,32,35)를 갖는 후면판(30);을 포함하며, 상기 전면판(20)의 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 제1날개(21,22) 및 후면판(30)의 대향 배치된 한 쌍의 제2날개(31,32)는 상하로 서로 중첩되고, 상기 서로 중첩되는 제1날개(21,22) 및 제2날개(31,32)에는 고정수단(70)이 결합되는 결합공(23,33)이 정렬되도록 형성되며, 상기 제1날개(21,22) 및 제2날개(31,32)의 결합공(23,33)의 둘레부에는 결합공(23,33)쪽으로 갈수록 내측으로 경사져서 서로 중첩되도록 끼워지는 테이퍼부(24,34)가 형성되어, 전면판(20)의 제1날개(21,22)가 후면판(30)의 제2날개(31,32)에서 전후 외력에 의해 이탈되는 것이 방지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화도어이다.
