본 명세서의 일 실시예는 건설장비의 시동 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로, 건설장비의 시동 장치는 건설장비의 위치를 확인하는 위치정보 획득부와, 상기 건설장비의 위치정보를 서버에 전송하는 TMS(Tele-Monitoring System or Tele-Management System) 통신부 및 상기 TMS 통신부를 통해 서버에 위치정보에 기반한 인증 확인을 요청하고, 상기 인증 확인 결과에 따라 시동 신호의 출력을 제어하는 시동 제어부를 포함하고, 상기 위치정보에 기반한 인증 확인은, 건설장비의 위치정보, 스마트 키의 위치정보 및 모바일 단말의 위치정보에 기반한 인증 확인인 것을 특징으로 한다.
An embodiment of the present specification relates to an apparatus and a method for starting construction equipment. The apparatus for starting construction equipment comprises: a location information acquisition unit checking the location of construction equipment; a tele-monitoring system or tele-management system (TMS) communication unit transmitting location information of the construction equipment to a server; and a startup control unit requesting authentication confirmation based on the location information from the server through the TMS communication unit, and controlling the output of a startup signal in accordance with the authentication confirmation result, wherein the authentication confirmation based on the location information is authentication confirmation based on location information of construction equipment, location information of a smart key, and location information of a mobile terminal. According to the present invention, it is possible to improve security by strengthening startup authentication using location information of a smart key and a mobile terminal of an operator.
