본 발명은 주행중 래치와 접촉에 의해 발생하거나, 차체로부터 전달된 소음, 진동이 탑승자에게 전달되는 것을 방지하도록 한 진동과 소음이 방지되는 상용차의 캡 고정용 스트라이커에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 진동과 소음이 방지되는 상용차의 캡 고정용 스트라이커는, 상용 차량의 캡(1)이 틸 다운(till down) 상태를 유지하도록 상기 차량의 샤시프레임(2) 설치된 래치(41)에 락킹되는 상용차의 캡 고정용 스트라이커에 있어서, 상기 스트라이커는 상기 차량의 상하방향 또는 전후방향으로 진동과 소음을 차단하는 차단수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
