A soil nail construction method according to one aspect of the present invention may comprise: a first step of inserting a collar into the outer diameter of the front end portion before the collar is fixed to a soil nail by means of a fixing bolt; a second step of coupling a spacer to the soil nail at a predetermined interval; a third step of inserting the soil nail into the hole; a fourth step of constructing an expansion grouting hose and a hole grouting hose to inject grout; a fifth step of fixing the rear end portion of the soil nail with a finishing plate and a wedge nut; a sixth step of injecting the grout to expand the diameter of the expansion pocket while the expansion flap is pushed by the expansion pocket to be latched at the hole; and a seventh step of injecting grout to fill the hole before curing. Therefore, the front end portion may be solidly fixed.
