APPARATUS FOR REINFORCING EXTERIOR WALLS AND REINFORCING METHOD USING THE SAME
The present invention provides an apparatus for reinforcing exterior wall bricks of a building which can efficiently perform construction at low costs without removing bricks even if the distance between a decoration wall and a bearing wall is far. The apparatus for reinforcing exterior wall bricks of a building comprises: a chemical capsule having a housing having chemicals producing adhesion by causing a chemical action when mixed with each other and made of a material to be crushed by applying a force, wherein the chemicals includes agent A of a rod shape crushed when an external force is applied and agent B of a grain shape mixed with crushed agent A to cause a chemical action; a capsule insertion module having a mounting part for the chemical capsule on the front end thereof, and penetrating a construction hole formed on an exterior wall joint to be inserted to a drilled hole of an interior wall to insert the mounted chemical capsule into the drilled hole; a reinforcing member replaced with the capsule insertion module such that the front end thereof applies a force to the inserted chemical capsule to cause the chemical action to be fixed in the drilled hole and the rear end thereof is arranged in the exterior wall joint; and a strengthening member inserted into the exterior wall joint and fastened to the rear end of the reinforcing member to generate an exterior wall supporting force in the reinforcing member.
본 발명은 서로 섞일 경우 화학작용을 일으켜 접착력을 생성시키는 케미컬들을 내부에 구비하고 힘을 가해 파쇄할 수 있는 재질의 하우징을 구비하고, 상기 케미컬들은 외력이 가해질 경우 분쇄되는 막대형태의 A제와 상기 분쇄된 A제와 혼합되어 화학작용을 일으키는 알갱이 형태의 B제를 포함하는 약액캡슐과, 전단부에 상기 약액캡슐 장착부를 구비하고 외벽 메지에 형성된 시공홀을 관통하여 내벽의 천공홀까지 삽입되어 상기 장착된 약액캡슐을 상기 천공홀에 투입할 수 있도록 형성되는 캡슐투입모듈과, 상기 캡슐투입모듈과 교체되어 전단부가 상기 투입된 약액캡슐에 힘을 가해 상기 화학작용을 일으켜 상기 천공홀 내부에 고정되고 후단부가 상기 외벽 메지 내부에 배치되도록 형성되는 보강부재와, 상기 외벽 메지 내부에 삽입되고 상기 보강부재의 후단부에 체결되어 상기 강화부재에 외벽 지지력을 생성시키는 강화부재를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 건물 외벽벽돌 보강 장치를 개시한다.
