Water-soluble coating composition with excellent adhesion strength
In the present invention, disclosed is a water-soluble coating composition that increases the adhesion strength of a coating film by reducing the total amount of inorganic substances added and does not leave inorganic powders even after the coating film is dried by adding a porous metal organic framework (MOF), which has excellent antibacterial, deodorizing, and moisture-absorption and desorption effects, as a main component of an inorganic powder. The water-soluble coating composition with excellent adhesion strength according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a binder resin containing an acrylic polymer compound, an inorganic solvent, a thermal polymerization initiator, and an acid; and inorganic powders including silica, zeolite, diatomaceous earth, and porous MOF. The acrylic polymer compound is an acrylic polymer compound having an amine group or a complex in which dissociated casein is bound to at least a portion of the surface of the acrylic polymer particle.
본 발명에서는 본 발명에서는 항균, 탈취 및 흡방습 효과가 우수한 다공성 금속유기구조체(Metal Organic Framework, MOF)를 무기 분말의 주 성분으로 첨가함으로써, 전체 무기물의 첨가량을 줄여 도막의 강도와 부착강도를 높이고 도막의 건조 후에도 무기 분말이 묻어나지 않는 수용성 도료 조성물을 개시한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 부착강도가 우수한 수용성 도료 조성물은, 아크릴계 고분자 화합물, 무기용제, 열중합개시제, 산을 포함하는 바인더 수지; 및 실리카, 제올라이트, 규조토 및 다공성 금속유기구조체(MOF)를 포함하는 무기 분말;을 포함하고, 상기 아크릴계 고분자 화합물은 아민기를 갖는 아크릴계 고분자 화합물 또는 상기 아크릴계 고분자 입자 표면 중 적어도 일부에 해리된 카제인이 결합된 복합체이다.
