HOUSING STRUCTURE FOR WOOD DRYING DEVICE
The present invention provides a housing structure for a wood drying device capable of facilitating storage and transportation by minimizing the volume of a housing package in case of dismantling. The site work and relocation installation of the housing structure for a wood drying device are remarkably simple and convenient. The housing structure for a wood drying device can be assembled in uniform quality regardless of a worker's skill. The housing structure for a wood drying device forms a drying chamber accommodating wood vertically stacked and having at least one heating element interposed therebetween. The housing structure for a wood drying device includes: an insulating base plate on which the vertically stacked wood to be dried while interposing the heating element is placed; a prefabricated main body frame connected to a corner unit of the upper surface of the insulating base plate to accommodate the wood and the heating element therein; a prefabricated roof frame connected to an upper end of the prefabricated main body frame; and a sealing member sealing an inner space of the drying chamber by being connected to the prefabricated main body frame and the prefabricated roof frame to enclose the prefabricated main body frame and the prefabricated roof frame.
해체 시 하우징 패키지의 부피를 최소화시켜 보관 및 운반이 용이하고, 현장 시공과 이전설치가 매우 간단하고 편리하며 작업자의 숙련도와 상관없이 항상 균일한 품질로 조립될 수 있는 목재 건조장치용 하우징 구조체를 제공하는 것이다. 상기 목재 건조장치용 하우징 구조체는 적어도 하나의 발열체가 개재된 상하로 적층된 목재를 내부에 수용하는 건조 챔버를 형성하는 하우징구조체로서, 상기 하우징구조체는 상기 발열체가 개재된 상태로 상하로 적층된 건조될 목재가 올려놓아지는 단열 바닥판과, 상기 목재와 발열체가 내부에 수용되도록 단열 바닥판 상부면 코너부에 결합되는 조립식 본체 프레임과, 상기 조립식 본체 프레임의 상단부에 결합되는 조립식 루프 프레임 및, 상기 조립식 본체 프레임과 조립식 루프 프레임을 둘러싸도록 상기 조립식 본체 프레임과 조립식 루프 프레임에 결합되어 건조 챔버 내부 공간을 밀폐시키는 밀폐부재를 포함할 수 있다.
