A building panel is disclosed. The building panel according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a stainless steel metal wire of which the diameter is processed to be in a range of 0.2 to 1 mm, wherein the metal wire is made of an inorganic material containing alpha hemihydrate; a soundproof plate on which hollow fiber with a hollow formed therein is disposed; and an exterior plate which is attached to one side or both sides of the soundproof plate.
