The present invention relates to a senior smart health station capable of improving quality of life and health by reinforcing flexibility and a sense of balance. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the senior smart health station includes: a station enabling a user to take a rest indoors; and a smart fitness center enabling the user to exercise in an open state of the smart fitness center as the smart fitness center is connected to the station. The smart fitness center includes: a spring bench enabling the user to exercise the waist; a wave shoulder sporting apparatus enabling the user to do an exercise of moving a ring without touching a pipe unit, wherein the wave shoulder sporting apparatus includes two support units, the pipe unit bent in a wave shape and having both ends connected to the two support units, and the ring which can be moved along the pipe unit; a step box enabling the user to do an exercise of climbing stairs; a wave walk sporting apparatus enabling the user to do a parallel motion and an exercise of walking up and down on a slope by having the upper surface which moves up and down; a shoulder rotation sporting apparatus enabling the user to do an exercise of holding a handle and rotating the handle along a semicircular guide; a stretching sporting apparatus including a trapezoid line formed on the floor and enabling the user to do a stretching exercise across the trapezoid line; and a finger sporting apparatus enabling the user to do a finger exercise like playing a piano along a groove in a zigzag pattern.
본 발명의 일실시예는 시니어 스마트 헬스 스테이션에 있어서, 실내에서 휴식을 취할 수 있는 스테이션과 상기 스테이션에 연결되어 개방된 상태에서 운동을 할 수 있는 스마트 헬스장을 포함하며, 상기 스마트 헬스장은, 허리운동을 할 수 있는 스프링 벤치; 2개의 지지대와, 상기 2개의 지지대에 양단이 결합되고 파동 형태로 밴딩된 파이프부와, 상기 파이프부를 따라 이동시킬 수 있는 고리를 포함하며, 사용자가 상기 파이프부에 닿지 않도록 상기 고리를 이동시키는 운동을 할 수 있는 웨이브 어깨 운동기; 계단오르기운동을 할 수 있는 스텝박스; 오르내리는 상면을 가져서 평행운동 및 경사 오르내림 운동을 할 수 있는 파도걷기 운동기; 사용자가 상기 핸들을 잡고 상기 반원형 가이드를 따라 회전시키는 운동을 할 수 있는 어깨회전 운동기; 바닥에 형성된 사다리꼴의 라인을 구비하며, 상기 사다리꼴 라인을 건너 스트레칭 운동을 할 수 있는 스트레칭 운동기; 및 지그재그된 골을따라 피아노를 치듯 손가락운동을 할 수 있는 손가락 운동기;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 시니어 스마트 헬스 스테이션을 제공할 수 있다.
