Method of repair cracks in concrete structures using epoxy resin
The present invention relates to a method for repairing cracks in a concrete structure by using epoxy resin, which uses a crack repair material injection device which may automatically control the amount of a hardener and a main material supplied to a mixing unit in which the main material and the hardener are mixed to complete a crack repair material according to the area in need of repair, and comprises: a first step of cleanly processing the surrounding area and the portion of a crack formed at a concrete structure; a second step of determining and displaying an injection location into which a crack repair material is to be injected into the crack portion of the concrete structure; a third step in which the crack repair material injection device determines the area of crack repair by utilizing the image produced after filming a concrete structure in need of crack repair; a fourth step of inserting an injection unit of the crack repair material injection device at the injection location of the crack portion into which the crack repair material is to be injected before injecting the crack repair material, which is mixed when the crack repair material of the amount required for crack repair corresponding to the area of crack repair is ejected and transferred to flow, into the crack portion; a fifth step of ejecting the injection unit from the injection location before hardening and curing the crack repair material; and a sixth step of finishing by means of the surface processing on the crack portion into which the crack repair material is completely injected. Therefore, by using the crack repair material injection device which uses the main material and the hardener of the required amount after the amount of the crack repair material required according to the repair area is automatically calculated, the crack repair material is prevented from being wasted.
본 발명은 주재료와 경화제가 혼합되어 균열보수재가 완성되는 혼합부에 공급되는 주재료와 경화제의 양을 보수가 필요한 범위에 따라 자동으로 조절이 가능한 균열보수재 주입장치를 사용하는 에폭시 수지를 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 보수 방법을 제공하고자 하는 것으로, 콘크리트 구조물에 생긴 균열 부위 및 주변을 깨끗하게 처리하는 제1단계; 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 부위로 균열보수재를 주입할 주입 위치를 결정하고 표시하는 제2단계; 균열보수재 주입장치가 균열보수가 필요한 콘크리트 구조물을 촬영한 이미지를 활용하여 균열보수의 범위를 결정하는 제3단계; 상기 균열보수재를 주입할 균열 부위의 주입 위치에 균열보수재 주입장치가 갖는 주입부를 삽입한 후, 균열보수의 범위에 대응하여 균열보수에 필요한 양만큼의 균열보수재료를 인출 및 이송 흐름 중에 혼합한 균열보수재를 균열부위 내로 주입하는 제4단계; 상기 주입부를 주입 위치에서 빼낸 후, 균열보수재를 경화 및 양생하는 제5단계; 및 상기 균열보수재의 주입이 완료된 균열 부위 측 표면 처리를 통해 마감하는 제6단계;를 포함하여 이루어짐으로써, 보수 범위에 따라 필요한 균열보수재의 양이 자동으로 계산하여 필요한 양의 주재료와 경화제를 사용하는 균열보수재 주입장치를 사용함에 따라 균열보수재의 낭비를 방지한다.
