High-strength precast road pavement including road heating wire and its construction method
The present invention provides a precast concrete road pavement structure which prevents slip accidents caused by surface freezing in winter. The precast concrete road pavement structure is formed by assembling precast units in which continuous reinforcing bars are arranged, and a crack inducing part is formed by filling mortar while the continuous reinforcing bars are lap-joined into a filling space formed in a lower portion of a joint between the precast units. The precast unit includes: a concrete part forming a filling space in a lower portion of a side thereof; and continuous reinforcing bars continuously arranged in the concrete part and forming a connection part exposed to the filling space on both sides of the concrete part. The precast concrete road pavement structure comprises: a heating wire protection pipe buried in a lower portion of the center of the concrete part; a heating wire installed to be inserted into and withdrawn from the heating wire protection pipe to emit heat; and a control box coupled to one side and the other side of the heating wire protection pipe, and provided with a power control part supplying power to the heating wire installed in the heating wire protection pipe and supplying and shutting off power to the heating wire by connecting both ends of the heating wire thereto.
본 발명은 연속철근이 배근된 프리캐스트유닛의 조립에 의해 형성되며, 프리캐스트유닛 간 접합부의 하부에 형성되는 충진공간으로 상기 연속철근의 겹이음이 이루어진 상태에서 몰탈이 충진되어 균열유도부가 형성되되, 상기 프리캐스트유닛은, 측면의 하부에 충진공간이 형성되도록 하는 콘크리트부와, 상기 콘크리트부의 내부에 연속하여 배근되되 상기 콘크리트부의 양측면에서 상기 충진공간으로 노출되는 연결부를 형성하는 연속철근을 포함하며, 상기 콘크리트부의 중앙의 하부에 매설되는 열선보호관, 상기 열선보호관에 삽입, 인출 가능하도록 설치되어 열을 방출하는 열선, 상기 열선보호관의 일측 및 타측이 결합되고, 상기 열선보호관의 내부에 설치된 열선으로 전원을 공급하며 상기 열선의 양측 끝단부가 접속되어 열선으로 전원을 공급 및 차단하는 전원제어부가 구비되는 콘트롤박스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트 도로포장 구조를 제공한다.
