The present invention relates to a functional plastic flat tie. The functional plastic flat tie includes: a tie body (10) having a flat rod shape; a pair of tie wings (20) (20') extended from both ends of the tie body (10), having insertion grooves (21) (21') into which wedge pins for supporting an euro form are inserted; a notch (30) formed above and below a boundary between the tie body (10) and the tie wings (20) (20') to serve as a cut line reference for the tie wings (20) (20'); and a plurality of first and second ribs (40) (40') (50') formed to be protruding in a longitudinal direction along both surfaces of the tie body (10) and the tie wings (20) (20') to reinforce the strength of the tie body (10) and the tie wings (20) (20'). Therefore, the present invention is capable of significantly reducing time and effort for removing tie wings.
본 발명은 기능성 플라스틱 프레타이에 관한 것으로서, 납작한 막대형태의 타이몸체(10)와; 타이몸체(10)의 양단에서 연장된 것으로서, 유로폼을 지지하기 위한 웨지핀이 삽입되는 삽입홈(21)(21')이 형성된 한쌍의 타이날개(20)(20')와; 타이몸체(10)와 타이날개(20)(20') 사이의 경계 상하부측에 형성되어 타이날개(20)(20')의 절단선 기준이 되는 노치(30)와; 타이몸체(10)와 타이날개(20)(20')의 양측 표면을 따라 길이 방향으로 돌출되게 형성되어 타이몸체(10) 및 타이날개(20)(20')의 강도를 보강하기 위한 다수의 제1.2리브(40)(50);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
