THE DEVICE FOR EXCAVATING A GROUND AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREOFF
In accordance with the present invention, a ground excavation apparatus for soft ground improvement includes: a body part (100) coupled to a backhoe (10); one rod (210) and the other rod (220) coupled to a lower side of the body part (100); one screw (212) formed at a lower end of the one rod (210); a solidifying agent spray blade (211) coupled to an upper side of the one screw (212); and a solidifying agent injection part (213) installed to inject a solidifying agent (20) into the upper side of the one rod (210), wherein the ground excavation apparatus includes a tension controller (110) installed in an inner area of the body part (100), while coupled jointly with the one rod (210) and the other rod (220) to control the rotation speed of the one rod (210) and the other rod (220). Therefore, the present invention is capable of efficiently spraying the solidifying agent.
본 발명의 연약지반 개량을 위한 지반굴착장치는 백호(Backhoe,10)에 결합되는 본체부(100); 본체부(100)의 하측으로 결합된 일측로드(210) 및 타측로드(220); 일측로드(210)의 하단부에 형성된 일측스크류(212); 일측스크류(212)의 상측에 결합된 고화재 분사날(211); 일측로드(210)의 상측에 고화재(20)를 주입하기 위해 설치된 고화재주입부(213);를 포함하고, 본체부(100)의 내측 영역에 설치되되, 일측로드(210) 및 타측로드(220)의 회전속도를 조절하기 위해 일측로드(210) 및 타측로드(220)에 공통으로 결합된 장력조절장치(110)를 포함한다.
