The purpose of the present invention is to further improve the speed of a surface treatment process for rehabilitating superannuated pipes. The present invention comprises a shaft member provided on a vehicle body and rotated by a shaft drive unit, fixed arms provided along the circumference direction of the shaft member, movable arms provided on the respective fixed arms to be able to reciprocate in a first direction in which the tip portion is spaced apart from the inner surface of a pipe and in a second direction in which the tip portion comes in close with the inner surface of the pipe, projection nozzles provided on the respective movable arms, and an injection distance controller moving the movable arms to adjust the distance of the projection nozzles to the inner surface of the pipe to a set optimal injection distance.
본 발명은, 축 구동 유닛에 의해 회전되는 차체 상의 축 부재, 축 부재의 둘레 방향을 따라 제공된 고정 암들, 고정 암 각각에 관 내면에 대해 선단 부분이 이격되는 제1 방향과 접근되는 제2 방향으로 왕복 이동 가능하게 제공된 가동 암들, 가동 암들에 각각 제공된 투사재 노즐들, 그리고 가동 암들을 각각 이동시켜 관 내면에 대한 투사재 노즐들의 거리를 설정된 최적 분사 거리로 조절하는 분사 거리 조절기를 포함한다.
