LINK TYPE FALL AND SUICIDE PREVENTION FENCE TYPE AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF THE FENCE
The present invention relates to an articulated fence for preventing wall-climbing and suicide using elasticity and a construction method thereof. The articulated fence includes: support posts spaced apart by a set distance along the edge of one side or both sides of a structure; a horizontal support member connecting adjacent support posts of the support posts placed along the same line; and an articulated wall-climbing prevention module extended to each of the adjacent support posts along the same line and inclined in a direction in which a pulling external force is exerted, and then, elastically returned to the original position thereof when the external force is removed, thereby preventing wall-climbing and suicide. In accordance with the present invention, unlike existing technology, the articulated fence is additionally installed on a handrail of an existing bridge or is integrated with a new handrail being installed, and can primarily prevent wall-climbing through an articulated post and a horizontal support having an elastically restorable bending function, and also, the articulated post is constructed on the support post to be elastically inclined toward a road or sidewalk to prevent a person from hanging or trying to climb a wall, thereby secondarily preventing wall-climbing, and, when the external force is removed, the inclined articulated post is returned to the original position thereof to maintain the height of the fence.
본 발명은 탄성을 이용한 월담과 투신 방지용 관절형 펜스 및 이의 시공방법에 관한 것으로, 구조물의 일측 또는 양측 가장자리를 따라 설정간격만큼 이격되게 구비되는 지지포스트, 동일 열을 따라 배치되는 지지포스트 중 이웃한 지지포스트끼리를 연결하는 수평지지부재, 및 동일 열을 따라 이웃한 지지포스트 각각에 연장되어 잡아당기는 외력이 작용하는 방향으로 기울어진 후 외력 제거시 탄성적으로 원위치로 복귀 안내됨으로써 월담과 투신을 방지하는 관절형 월담방지모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 종래 기술과 달리 기존 교량에 설치된 난간에 추가하여 설치하거나 또는 신규 난간 설치시 난간과 펜스를 일체형으로 시공되며, 탄성 복구형 굽힘 기능이 있는 관절포스트와 수평지지대를 통해 일차적으로 월담을 방지하고, 관절포스트를 지지포스트에 대해 차도나 인도 측으로 탄성적으로 기울어지도록 시공함으로써 사람이 매달리거나 월담 시도가 불가하도록 함으로써 이차적으로 월담을 방지하며, 기울어진 관절포스트를 외력 제거시 위치 복원되도록 하여 펜스의 높이를 유지할 수 있다.
