WATERPROOF METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
In accordance with the present invention, suggested is a concrete structure waterproofing method including: a primer application step of forming a primer layer (20) by applying a water-based epoxy primer to the surface of a waterproof part (10) of a concrete structure; and a coating waterproof material application step of forming a coating waterproof layer (100) by applying a water-curable urethane coating waterproof material to the surface of the primer layer (20), wherein the water-curable urethane coating waterproof material includes: 100 parts by weight of a polyurethane mixture formed by mixing a polyurethane prepolymer with an additive formed of one of a plasticizer, an antifoaming agent, a thickener, an antioxidant, a wetting dispersant, a pigment, a chalkiness imparting agent, an abrasion resistance enhancer, and paraffin, or a mixture of at least two thereof; 20-35 parts by weight of mineral-based powder formed by mixing cement with a mineral material formed of one of calcium carbonate, fly ash, lime, alumina, carbon black and silica, or a mixture of at least two thereof; and 10-25 parts by weight of water. Therefore, the concrete structure waterproofing method, which does not use a volatile organic solvent, can minimize odor generation and a fire risk due to the generation of oil mist, and can acquire excellent workability.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 방수부위(10)의 표면에 수계 에폭시 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층(20)을 형성하는 프라이머 도포단계; 상기 프라이머층(20)의 표면에 수경화성 우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하여 도막방수층(100)을 형성하는 도막방수재 도포단계;를 포함하고, 상기 수경화성 우레탄 도막방수재는, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머와, 가소제, 소포제, 증점제, 산화방지제, 습윤분산제, 안료, 칙소성부여제, 내마모성증진제, 파라핀 중 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물에 의해 구성된 첨가제의 혼합에 의해 형성된 폴리우레탄 혼합물 100 중량부; 시멘트와, 탄산칼슘, 플라이애쉬, 석회, 알루미나, 카본블랙, 실리카 중 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물에 의해 구성된 무기질 재료의 혼합에 의해 형성된 무기질계 분말 20 내지 35 중량부; 물 10 내지 25 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 방수공법을 제시함으로써, 휘발성 유기용제를 사용하지 않아 유증기의 발생으로 인한 냄새의 발생, 화재 위험성이 작고, 우수한 작업성을 얻도록 한다.

본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 방수부위(10)의 표면에 수계 에폭시 프라이머를 도포하여 프라이머층(20)을 형성하는 프라이머 도포단계; 상기 프라이머층(20)의 표면에 수경화성 우레탄 도막방수재를 도포하여 도막방수층(100)을 형성하는 도막방수재 도포단계;를 포함하고, 상기 수경화성 우레탄 도막방수재는, 폴리우레탄 프리폴리머와, 가소제, 소포제, 증점제, 산화방지제, 습윤분산제, 안료, 칙소성부여제, 내마모성증진제, 파라핀 중 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물에 의해 구성된 첨가제의 혼합에 의해 형성된 폴리우레탄 혼합물 100 중량부; 시멘트와, 탄산칼슘, 플라이애쉬, 석회, 알루미나, 카본블랙, 실리카 중 하나 또는 2 이상의 혼합물에 의해 구성된 무기질 재료의 혼합에 의해 형성된 무기질계 분말 20 내지 35 중량부; 물 10 내지 25 중량부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘크리트 구조물의 방수공법을 제시함으로써, 휘발성 유기용제를 사용하지 않아 유증기의 발생으로 인한 냄새의 발생, 화재 위험성이 작고, 우수한 작업성을 얻도록 한다.
