Semi-non-combustible perforated sound-absorbing board and its manufacturing method
Disclosed are a semi-non-combustible perforated sound-absorbing board that is sufficiently durable and has excellent properties such as heat insulation, sound absorption, soundproofing, incombustibility, and flame retardancy, and a method for manufacturing the same. The semi-non-combustible perforated sound-absorbing board comprises: a sound-absorbing pad made of fabric; and a board body made of fire-retardant wood with the sound-absorbing pad attached to the front. The sound-absorbing pad includes inlet holes through which sound flows. The board body includes communication holes which are arranged coaxially with the inlet holes and communicate with the inlet holes, and through which sound passes.
충분한 내구성을 가짐은 물론, 단열, 흡음, 방음, 불연 및 난연 등의 특성이 뛰어난 준불연 타공 흡음 보드 및 이의 제조 방법을 개시한다. 준불연 타공 흡음 보드는 패브릭 재질의 흡음패드 및 전면에 흡음패드가 부착되고, 방염처리된 목재 재질의 보드 본체를 포함하고, 흡음패드는, 음향이 유입되는 유입홀들을 포함하고, 보드 본체는, 유입홀들에 동축 상태로 배치되어 유입홀들과 연통되고, 음향이 통과되는 연통홀들을 포함한다.
