The present invention relates to a vertical blind capable of opening by section, which may allow each of blind sections, grouped by two or more blind wings with light-blocking angles adjustable in conjunction with each other to be selectively opened by sliding to one side or both sides to be folded or block light. The present invention discloses the vertical blind capable of opening by section, comprising: an upper rail (110) disposed in the form of a rail on an upper end of a front surface of a window frame, having a "ㅁ"-shaped cross section with an open portion of a lower end, and having a discharge groove (111) formed by cutting a portion of a side surface of an end at one side or portions of side surfaces of ends at both sides; a lower rail (120) disposed opposite to the upper rail (110), disposed in the form of a rail on a lower end of the front surface of the window frame, having a "ㅁ"-shaped cross section with an open portion of an upper end, and having a discharge groove (121) formed by cutting a portion of a side surface of an end at one side or portions of side surfaces of ends at both sides; and two or more blind sections (130) including two or more vertical blind wings (133) made of a light-blocking material, which have a rotary shaft (131) formed on each of the centers of the upper and lower ends thereof and a traction shaft (132) spaced apart from the rotary shaft (131), an upper cover (134) and a lower cover (135) having the rotary shaft (131) rotatably coupled to cover the vertical blind wings (133), first and second upper rollers (136, 137) formed on an upper end of the upper cover (134) and sliding by being inserted into the upper rail (110), and first and second lower rollers (138, 139) formed on a lower end of the lower cover (135) and sliding by being inserted into the lower rail (120), thereby allowing each of the blind sections (130) to be opened by being folded or block light. According to the present invention, it is possible to allow each of blind sections, which are grouped by two or more blind wings with light-blocking angles that are adjustable in conjunction with each other, to be selectively opened by sliding to one side or both sides to be folded or block light without complicated configuration according to the driving of the electronic device.
