The present invention relates to an intelligent snowfall detection device and a system for automatically spraying a snow removal solution. Snowing in the winter can freeze roads and causes vehicles to have difficulty in passing, and the slippery roads can cause car accidents, which can result in losses of properties and lives. In the event of such a situation, sometimes a snowplow vehicle is sent to perform snow removal work, but in an area in which freezing frequently occurs or in a road which is hard for a snowplow vehicle to quickly access, a technique of installing a snow removal solution sprayer on a roadside to spray a snow removal solution is used. In accordance with the present invention, such a snow removal solution spraying system can automatically detect a snowfall to spray the snow removal solution at a right time. In other words, the snowfall detection device for automatically detecting a snowfall is coupled to the system for automatically spraying a snow removal solution, thereby causing the snow removal solution spraying system to be automatically turned on when snowing begins, spraying the snow removal solution onto the road to prevent a car accident caused by freezing. The snowfall detection device included in the present invention can immediately detect a snowfall state upon the start of the snowfall as well as can detect whether a snowdrift is formed or whether the road is frozen by not only snow but also rain, and can even detect black ice in a dangerous area such as a bridge or the like.
본 발명은 지능형 강설감지 장치 및 이를 포함하는 제설용액 자동살포시스템에 관한 것이다. 동절기에 눈이 내리면 도로가 결빙되어 차량의 통행이 어렵게 되고, 미끄러운 노면으로 인하여 교통사고가 발생하여 재산 및 인명피해가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 상황 발생 시 제설차량이 출동하여 제설작업을 하기도 하지만, 결빙이 잦은 지역이거나 제설차량의 신속한 출동이 어려운 도로에는 도로변에 제설용액 분사장치를 설치하여 제설용액을 분사하는 기술이 사용된다. 본 발명은 이와 같은 제설용액 분사시스템에서 눈이 내리는 것을 자동으로 감지하여 적기에 제설용액을 살포할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 즉, 눈이 내리는 것을 자동으로 감지할 수 있는 강설감지 장치를 제설용액 자동살포시스템에 결합함으로써, 눈이 내리기 시작하면 제설용액 살포시스템이 자동으로 가동되어 도로에 제설용액을 살포하여 결빙으로 인한 교통사고를 예방하는 것이다. 본 발명에 포함되는 강설감지 장치는, 눈이 내리기 시작하면 시작과 동시에 강설 상태를 바로 감지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 눈이 내려서 쌓이게 되는지 또는 눈이 내리지는 않지만 비가 내려 도로가 얼게 되는지도 감지할 수 있으며, 교량 등과 같이 위험지역에서는 블랙 아이스가 발생하는 것까지도 감지할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an intelligent snowfall detection device and a system for automatically spraying a snow removal solution. In the event of such a situation, sometimes a snowplow vehicle is sent to perform snow removal work, but in an area in which freezing frequently occurs or in a road which is hard for a snowplow vehicle to quickly access, a technique of installing a snow removal solution sprayer on a roadside to spray a snow removal solution is used. In accordance with the present invention, such a snow removal solution spraying system can automatically detect a snowfall to spray the snow removal solution at a right time. In other words, the snowfall detection device for automatically detecting a snowfall is coupled to the system for automatically spraying a snow removal solution, thereby causing the snow removal solution spraying system to be automatically turned on when snowing begins, spraying the snow removal solution onto the road to prevent a car accident caused by freezing. The snowfall detection device included in the present invention can immediately detect a snowfall state upon the start of the snowfall as well as can detect whether a snowdrift is formed or whether the road is frozen by not only snow but also rain, and can even detect black ice in a dangerous area such as a bridge or the like.
본 발명은 지능형 강설감지 장치 및 이를 포함하는 제설용액 자동살포시스템에 관한 것이다. 동절기에 눈이 내리면 도로가 결빙되어 차량의 통행이 어렵게 되고, 미끄러운 노면으로 인하여 교통사고가 발생하여 재산 및 인명피해가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 상황 발생 시 제설차량이 출동하여 제설작업을 하기도 하지만, 결빙이 잦은 지역이거나 제설차량의 신속한 출동이 어려운 도로에는 도로변에 제설용액 분사장치를 설치하여 제설용액을 분사하는 기술이 사용된다. 본 발명은 이와 같은 제설용액 분사시스템에서 눈이 내리는 것을 자동으로 감지하여 적기에 제설용액을 살포할 수 있도록 하기 위한 것이다. 즉, 눈이 내리는 것을 자동으로 감지할 수 있는 강설감지 장치를 제설용액 자동살포시스템에 결합함으로써, 눈이 내리기 시작하면 제설용액 살포시스템이 자동으로 가동되어 도로에 제설용액을 살포하여 결빙으로 인한 교통사고를 예방하는 것이다. 본 발명에 포함되는 강설감지 장치는, 눈이 내리기 시작하면 시작과 동시에 강설 상태를 바로 감지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 눈이 내려서 쌓이게 되는지 또는 눈이 내리지는 않지만 비가 내려 도로가 얼게 되는지도 감지할 수 있으며, 교량 등과 같이 위험지역에서는 블랙 아이스가 발생하는 것까지도 감지할 수 있다.
