The present invention includes a cross arm fixing apparatus (10), a cross arm (20), a length adjustment apparatus (100), a spacing apparatus (110), a bird repelling apparatus (120), a transformer (30), a cooling apparatus (40), an insulator (50), a fixing clamp (60), a jumper wire (70), an earth leakage detection sensor (80), and an insulating oil supply device (90) to prevent access by birds, maintain a separation distance between overhead power distribution lines, and circulate insulating oil inside the transformer, thereby having an effect of checking an earth leakage with the naked eyes by using the insulating oil while efficiently managing cooling of the transformer.
본 발명은, 완금고정기구(10)와, 완금(20)과, 길이조절기구(100)와, 이격기구(110)와, 조류퇴치기구(120)와, 변압기(30)와, 냉각기구(40)과, 애자(50)와, 고정클램프(60)와, 점퍼선(70)과, 누전감지센서(80)와, 절연유공급장치(90)를 포함를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하여, 조류의 접근을 방지하고, 가공배전선 간의 이격거리를 유지하며, 변압기 내부의 절연유를 순환시켜 변압기의 냉각관리를 효율적으로 하면서 절연유를 활용하여 육안으로 누전을 확인할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
