The present invention relates to a safety fence for preventing a suicide by jumping, which comprises: a lower-outer member (100) fixed on the ground surface and arranged in a vertical direction; an upper-outer member (200) into which the upper end of the lower-outer member is inserted and engaged so that a vertical-directional height can be varied; a lower-inner member (150) arranged in the lower-outer member, and having a plurality of rotation guide protrusions (155) arranged on the circumference of the outer circumferential surface at regular intervals; an upper-inner member (250) into which the lower-inner member is inserted and engaged so that a vertical-directional relative straight motion can be conducted with the lower-inner member, and which makes a vertical-directional straight motion by being integrated with the upper-outer member, and which is arranged to be rotatable around an axis vertical to the ground surface, and which has a plurality of first height control protrusions (253) arranged on the circumference of the outer circumferential surface at regular intervals; a plurality of second height control members (105) arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the lower-outer member at regular intervals; a spring (S) pressing the upper-inner member upward; a first rotation slope (254) formed on the lower end of the upper-inner member (250); and a second rotation slope (156) formed on the upper end of the rotation guide protrusion (155), and rotating the upper-inner member while coming in contact with the rotation slope. Therefore, an attempt to commit suicide by jumping can be prevented.
본 발명은, 지면에 고정되고 수직방향으로 배치되는 하부-외부부재(100); 상기 하부-외부부재의 상단이 내측으로 삽입되어 결합되되, 수직방향 높이가 가변될 수 있도록 결합되는 상부-외부부재(200); 상기 하부-외부부재의 내부에 배치되고, 외주면 둘레에는 소정 간격을 두고 회전가이드돌기(155)가 복수 개 배치되는 하부-내부부재(150); 상기 하부-내부부재가 삽입되어 결합되되, 상기 하부-내부부재와는 수직방향으로 상대적인 직선운동이 가능하게 결합되고, 상기 상부-외부부재와는 일체로 상하방향 직선운동 하고, 지면에 수직한 축을 기준으로 회전 가능하게 구비되고, 외주면 둘레에는 제1높이조절돌기(253)가 일정 간격을 두고 복수 개 배치되는 상부-내부부재(250); 상기 하부-외부재의 내주면에 형성되어 일정 간격을 두고 복수 개 배치되는 제2높이조절부재(105); 상기 상부-내부부재를 상방으로 가압하는 스프링(s); 상기 상부-내부부재(250)의 하단에 형성되는 제1회전경사면(254); 및 상기 회전가이드돌기(155)의 상단에 형성되고, 상기 회전경사면과 접하면서 상기 상부-내부부재를 회전시키는 제2회전경사면(156);을 포함하는 투신 자살 방지용 안전휀스에 대한 것이다.

The present invention relates to a safety fence for preventing a suicide by jumping, which comprises: a lower-outer member (100) fixed on the ground surface and arranged in a vertical direction; an upper-outer member (200) into which the upper end of the lower-outer member is inserted and engaged so that a vertical-directional height can be varied; a lower-inner member (150) arranged in the lower-outer member, and having a plurality of rotation guide protrusions (155) arranged on the circumference of the outer circumferential surface at regular intervals; an upper-inner member (250) into which the lower-inner member is inserted and engaged so that a vertical-directional relative straight motion can be conducted with the lower-inner member, and which makes a vertical-directional straight motion by being integrated with the upper-outer member, and which is arranged to be rotatable around an axis vertical to the ground surface, and which has a plurality of first height control protrusions (253) arranged on the circumference of the outer circumferential surface at regular intervals; a plurality of second height control members (105) arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the lower-outer member at regular intervals; a spring (S) pressing the upper-inner member upward; a first rotation slope (254) formed on the lower end of the upper-inner member (250); and a second rotation slope (156) formed on the upper end of the rotation guide protrusion (155), and rotating the upper-inner member while coming in contact with the rotation slope. Therefore, an attempt to commit suicide by jumping can be prevented.
