The present invention relates to a piston-type rock splitter with a new structure for effectively incising rock and a motorized rock incision method using the same. According to the present invention, the rock splitter, which is to incise rock (1) by being inserted into a punched hole (2) formed on the rock (1), comprises: a support frame (21) coupled to an arm (10) of an excavator; a guide bar (22) arranged on the support frame (21); a slide block (23) coupled to the guide bar (22) to be slide-movable in a forward/backward direction; a hydraulic cylinder (24) arranged on the guide bar (22), connected to the slide block (23), and allowing the slide block (23) to slide in a forward/backward direction in accordance with the extension/contraction; and a rock splitting rod (30) configured in a rod shape extended in a forward/backward direction, having a pressing piston (32), which is arranged on the upper surface and protrudes upwards when a hydraulic pressure is supplied, and having a rear end part coupled to the slide block. Therefore, the rock splitter can be inserted into the punched hole (2) by using an excavator such that the work can be easy.
본 발명은 암반을 효과적으로 절개할 수 있도록 된 새로운 구조의 피스톤식 할암기 및 이를 이용한 자주식 암반절개공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 할암기는 암반(1)에 형성된 천공홀(2)에 삽입되어 암반(1)을 절개하기 위한 것으로, 굴삭기의 아암(10)에 결합되는 지지프레임(21)과, 상기 지지프레임(21)에 구비된 가이드바(22)와, 상기 가이드바(22)에 전후방향으로 슬라이드가능하게 결합되는 슬라이드블록(23)과, 상기 가이드바(22)에 구비되며 상기 슬라이드블록(23)에 연결되어 신축에 따라 슬라이드블록(23)이 전후방향으로 슬라이드되도록 하는 유압실린더(24)와, 전후방향으로 연장된 봉형상으로 구성되며 상면에는 유압이 공급되면 상측으로 돌출되는 가압피스톤(32)이 구비되고 후단부가 슬라이드블록에 결합된 할암봉(30)로 구성되어, 굴삭기를 이용하여 천공홀(2)에 삽입할 수 있음으로, 작업이 용이해지는 장점이 있다.
