The present invention relates to a waterproofing method and a waterproofing structure for an architectural structure using an environmentally-friendly paint film waterproofing agent. The dual waterproofing method comprises: a step (S1) of arranging and cleaning a base surface (B) of an architectural structure; a step (S2) of forming a base reinforcement layer (11) for densifying the tissue of the arranged and cleaned base surface (B); a step (S3) of forming a high-strength mortar waterproofing layer (12) by spreading a paint film waterproofing agent on the base reinforcement layer (11); a step (S4) of arranging an elastic sheet layer (13) on the high-strength mortar waterproofing layer (12); and a step (S5) of spreading a finish agent on the elastic sheet layer (13), and forming a finish layer (14) for generating the engagement force with the high-strength mortar waterproofing layer (12). Therefore, perfect waterproofing function can be maintained.
본 발명은 친환경 도막방수제를 이용한 건축구조물의 방수공법 및 방수구조에 관한 것으로서, 이중 방수공법은, 건축구조물의 바탕면(B)을 정리 및 청소하는 단계(S1)와; 정리 및 청소된 상기 바탕면(B)의 조직을 조밀화시키기 위한 바탕강화층(11)을 형성하는 단계(S2)와; 바탕강화층(11)에 도막방수제를 도포하여 고강도 몰탈방수층(12)을 형성하는 단계(S3)와; 고강도 몰탈방수층(12)에 탄성시트층(13)을 배치하는 단계(S4)와; 탄성시트층(13)에 마감제를 도포하여 상기 고강도 몰탈방수층(12)과의 결합력을 발생하기 위한 마감층(14)을 형성하는 단계(S5);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
