INSULATION AND SOUND-ABSORBING LAMINATED PANEL FOR ARCHITECTURE
According to embodiments of the present invention, provided is a heat-insulation and sound-absorbing laminated panel for construction, which comprises: a main heat insulation layer including a non-porous plate material; a heating thin film layer laminated on one surface of the main heat insulation layer; a waterproof layer laminated on one surface of the heating thin film layer; a main sound-absorbing layer having a porous structure and laminated on one surface of the waterproof layer; a sound-absorbing heat-insulation layer laminated on one surface of the main sound-absorbing layer; and a mesh layer laminated on one surface of the sound-absorbing heat-insulation layer, wherein the sound-absorbing heat-insulation layer comprises: a base layer having a plurality of openings for penetrating both surfaces thereof and having a first thermal expansion coefficient; and a plurality of sound-absorbing control members disposed so as to correspond to the plurality of openings, respectively, and having a second thermal expansion coefficient higher than the first thermal expansion coefficient, in which each of the plurality of sound-absorbing control members is disposed inside each of the plurality of openings, and has sound-absorbing holes penetrating both surfaces thereof, and an inner diameter of the sound-absorbing hole varies depending on a temperature of the sound-absorbing control members. According to the present invention, sufficient heat insulation and sound absorption performance can be secured.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 비-다공성 판재를 포함하는 메인 단열층, 상기 메인 단열층의 일면 상에 적층된 가열박막층, 상기 가열박막층의 일면 상에 적층된 방수층, 상기 방수층의 일면 상에 적층된 다공성 구조의 메인 흡음층, 상기 메인 흡음층의 일면 상에 적층된 흡음 단열층, 상기 흡음 단열층의 일면 상에 적층된 메쉬층을 포함하고, 상기 흡음 단열층은, 양면을 관통하는 복수의 개구부가 형성되고, 제1 열팽창 계수를 가지는 베이스층, 및 상기 복수의 개구부 각각에 대응하여 배치되고, 상기 제1 열팽창 계수보다 큰 제2 열팽창 계수를 가지는 복수의 흡음조절부재를 포함하되, 상기 복수의 흡음조절부재 각각은 상기 복수의 개구부 각각의 내부에 배치되고, 양면을 관통하는 흡음공이 형성되며, 상기 흡음공의 내경은 상기 흡음조절부재의 온도에 따라 가변되는 건축용 단열흡음 적층패널이 제공된다.

According to the present invention, sufficient heat insulation and sound absorption performance can be secured.
