The present invention relates to a concrete surface finishing material applying method, which enable various colors to be implemented while improving the strength of a concrete surface. The concrete surface finishing material applying method comprises: a first application step of applying a first application agent on the concrete surface; a checking step of checking the hardening of the application agent applied in the first application step; and a second application step of applying a second application agent to the concrete surface. The first application step comprises: a step 1-1 of inserting materials for the first application agent and then performing mixing in a mixer; a step 1-2 of inserting an admixture into the mixed materials and then performing mixing again; and a step 1-3 of pumping the materials mixed again in the step 1-2 with a pump, and injecting the materials into the concrete surface by using a nozzle. The second application step comprises: a step 2-1 of inserting a material for the second application agent and then performing mixing in the mixer; a step 2-2 of inserting an admixture into the mixed materials and then performing mixing again; and a step 2-3 of pumping the materials mixed again in the step 2-2 with the pump, and injecting the materials into the concrete surface by using the nozzle.
본 발명은 콘크리트 표면의 강도를 향상시키면서 다양한 색상 구현이 가능하게 하는 콘크리트 표면 마감재 도포 방법으로서, 콘크리트 표면에 1차 도포제를 도포하는 제1 도포단계와, 상기 제1 도포단계에서 도포된 도포제의 굳기를 확인하는 확인단계와, 상기 콘크리트 표면에 2차 도포제를 도포하는 제2 도포단계로 이루어진다. 상기 제1 도포단계는, 상기 1차 도포제용 재료를 투입하여 믹서에서 믹싱하는 1-1단계; 상기 믹싱한 재료에 혼화제를 투입하여 재차 믹싱하는 1-2단계; 및 상기 1-2단계에서 재차 믹싱된 재료를 펌프로 펌핑하여 노즐을 이용하여 콘크리트 표면에 분사하는 1-3단계;로 이루어지고, 상기 제2 도포단계는, 상기 2차 도포제용 재료를 투입하여 믹서에서 믹싱하는 2-1단계; 상기 믹싱한 재료에 혼화제를 투입하여 재차 믹싱하는 2-2단계; 및 상기 2-2단계에서 재차 믹싱된 재료를 펌프로 펌핑하여 노즐을 이용하여 콘크리트 표면에 분사하는 2-3단계;로 이루어진다.
