The present invention relates to a wave-overtopping flood defense wall. More particularly, the present invention relates to a wave-overtopping flood defense wall that can be walked and driven, which features a defense wall part hingedly fastened to a foundation structure on the shear side, equipped with a hydraulic drive part at the bottom of the defense wall part to rotate it vertically, enabling pedestrians to walk and vehicles to drive with the defense wall part in a position parallel to the ground under normal conditions, while allowing the defense wall part to stand upright in the event of overtopping waves, thereby preventing overtopping.
본 발명은 월파방어벽에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 방어벽부의 전단측이 기초 구조물과 힌지 체결되고, 방어벽부의 하부에 방어벽부를 상하방향으로 회동시키는 유압 구동부가 구비되어, 평상시에는 방어벽부가 바닥면과 평행한 상태로 구비되어 보행자의 도보 및 차량의 주행이 가능하게 하는 한편, 월파 발생시에는 방어벽부가 직립된 상태가 되게 하여 월파를 방지할 수 있는 도보 및 주행이 가능한 월파 및 홍수방어벽에 관한 것이다.
