The present invention relates to a clay court for sports facilities and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the clay court for sports facilities comprises a base layer containing clay chips and a polyurethane binder, and clay sand formed on the base layer, and is formed by attaching a hydrophilic additive to the surface of the clay sand. The clay court for sports facilities not only provides good water permeability, but also has even and constant hardness, which reduces the risk of injury, has excellent durability, is environmentally friendly, and has excellent moisture retention and weather resistance.
본 발명은 클레이 칩 및 폴리우레탄 바인더를 포함하는 기재층; 및 상기 기재층 상에 형성된 클레이 샌드를 포함하고, 상기 클레이 샌드의 표면에 친수성 첨가제가 부착되어 형성되는 스포츠 시설용 클레이 코트, 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 스포츠 시설용 클레이 코트는 양호한 투수성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라, 고르고 일정한 경도를 가져 부상의 위험이 적고, 내구성도 우수하며, 환경 친화적이면서도 보습성 및 내후성이 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
