The present invention relates to a formwork clamp. More specifically, the present invention relates to a formwork clamp which is able to connect a supporter (vertical bar), transversal bar, bracing, and the like or connect transversal bars at different heights, or a transversal bar and a bracing, or the like, and freely connect the supporter (vertical bar) and transversal bar and the like at desired locations. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the formwork clamp, which clamps one side of a supporter and is fixed on one of a transversal bar, bracing, and release clamp on the other side, comprises: a first tongs unit with a first slot unit; a second tongs unit rotatably connected to the first tongs unit through a hinge unit and having a second slot unit; a connection unit inserted into the first slot unit and penetrating the second slot unit to protrude; a spring unit surrounding the outer side of the connection unit and having one end come in contact with the first tongs unit and having the other end come in contact with the second tongs unit; and a wedge unit inserted by penetrating a third slot unit formed on the connection unit. The first tongs unit and the second tongs unit surround a circumferential unit of the supporter, and the wedge unit clamps by being pushed into the third slot unit, and then when being released, the wedge unit is released from the inside of the third slot unit and is unclamped. Then, the first tongs unit and the second tongs unit are forcibly separated by the elastic force of the spring unit.
본 발명은 거푸집 클램프에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 서포터(수직대)와 횡대, 가새 등을 연결 또는 서로 다른 높이의 횡대들, 횡대와 가새 등을 연결하되, 이들을 원하는 위치에 서포터(수직대)와 횡대 등을 자유롭게 연결할 수 있는 거푸집 클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 거푸집 클램프는 서포터 일측을 클램핑하면서 타측으로 횡대 또는 가새 또는 이형클램프 중 어느 하나와 고정되는 것으로, 제1 슬롯부가 형성된 제1 집게부, 상기 제1 집게부에 형성된 힌지부를 통해 회전 가능하게 연결되되 제2 슬롯부가 형성된 제2 집게부, 상기 제1 슬롯부로 삽입되어 상기 제2 슬롯부로 관통하여 돌출되는 연결부, 상기 연결부의 외부를 감싸면서 일단이 상기 제1 집게부에 접하고 타단이 상기 제2 집게부에 접하는 스프링부, 및 상기 연결부에 형성된 제3 슬롯부를 관통하여 삽입되는 쐐기부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 집게부 및 제2 집게부가 상기 서포터의 둘레부를 감싸면서 상기 쐐기부가 상기 제3 슬롯부 내로 밀려들어가 클램핑(clamping)한 후, 해체시 상기 쐐기부가 상기 제3 슬롯부 내에서 풀려나와 언클램핑(unclamping)되면 상기 스프링부의 탄성력에 의해서 상기 제1 집게부 및 제2 집게부 사이를 강제 이격시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a formwork clamp. More specifically, the present invention relates to a formwork clamp which is able to connect a supporter (vertical bar), transversal bar, bracing, and the like or connect transversal bars at different heights, or a transversal bar and a bracing, or the like, and freely connect the supporter (vertical bar) and transversal bar and the like at desired locations. Then, the first tongs unit and the second tongs unit are forcibly separated by the elastic force of the spring unit.
본 발명은 거푸집 클램프에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 서포터(수직대)와 횡대, 가새 등을 연결 또는 서로 다른 높이의 횡대들, 횡대와 가새 등을 연결하되, 이들을 원하는 위치에 서포터(수직대)와 횡대 등을 자유롭게 연결할 수 있는 거푸집 클램프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일실시 예에 따른 거푸집 클램프는 서포터 일측을 클램핑하면서 타측으로 횡대 또는 가새 또는 이형클램프 중 어느 하나와 고정되는 것으로, 제1 슬롯부가 형성된 제1 집게부, 상기 제1 집게부에 형성된 힌지부를 통해 회전 가능하게 연결되되 제2 슬롯부가 형성된 제2 집게부, 상기 제1 슬롯부로 삽입되어 상기 제2 슬롯부로 관통하여 돌출되는 연결부, 상기 연결부의 외부를 감싸면서 일단이 상기 제1 집게부에 접하고 타단이 상기 제2 집게부에 접하는 스프링부, 및 상기 연결부에 형성된 제3 슬롯부를 관통하여 삽입되는 쐐기부를 포함하고, 상기 제1 집게부 및 제2 집게부가 상기 서포터의 둘레부를 감싸면서 상기 쐐기부가 상기 제3 슬롯부 내로 밀려들어가 클램핑(clamping)한 후, 해체시 상기 쐐기부가 상기 제3 슬롯부 내에서 풀려나와 언클램핑(unclamping)되면 상기 스프링부의 탄성력에 의해서 상기 제1 집게부 및 제2 집게부 사이를 강제 이격시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.
