본 발명은 래치 홀더(10)의 내부에, 상기 래치 홀더(10) 내부의 후크 수용공간(180)에 인입된 래치(200)를 도어(720)의 개방 방향으로 밀어내는 레버(300)를 설치하고, 상기 레버(300)를 이용하여 래치(200)가 래치 홀더(10)에서 걸림 해제되도록 한다. 그리고 래치가 걸림 해제되어 초기 개방각만큼 개방된 도어는, 자중에 의해 풀 다운 방식으로 자동으로 개방되며, 소정의 개방각에서 댐퍼가 개입하여 도어가 천천히(controlled speed) 하강 개방될 수 있다.
