HANDRAIL STRUCTURE HAVING BUFFERING FUNCTION AND WIDE WALKWAY
The present invention relates to a handrail structure having a buffering function and securing a pedestrian road. The handrail structure includes: a support block including a pair of flanges protruding side by side to the outside and connected to a side frame of the pedestrian road; a handrail pillar installed on a side of the pedestrian road for safety of a pedestrian; and a rotation shaft rotatably fixing a fixing unit of the handrail pillar to the pair of flanges of the support block. A part of the handrail pillar is mounted on the upper side of the side frame, and the rest protrudes to the outside of the side frame. The handrail pillar has the fixing unit positioned on the outside of the pair of flanges of the support block by being extended to the lower side of the rest part protruding. The handrail structure also includes: a support unit extended from the lower side of the support block to the outside; a support bar installed by being extended from the support unit to the upper side and passing through a lower end of the handrail pillar; a support nut preventing separation of the fixing unit by being coupled to the support bar by a screw; and an elastic member positioned between the support bar of the support block and a lower end of the handrail pillar by being inserted into the support bar. The handrail structure prevents loss of lives, such as pedestrians, while preventing damage to the handrail by buffering impacts applied to the handrail. Moreover, the handrail structure can prevent a support force from being damaged even while expanding the pedestrian road.
본 발명은 보행로가 확보되고 완충기능을 가지는 난간구조로서, 보행로의 측면 프레임에 결합되고 외측으로 나란히 돌출된 한 쌍의 플렌지를 포함하는 지지블럭; 보행자의 안전을 위해 상기 보행로의 측면에 설치되는 것으로 일부는 상기 측면 프레임 상측에 거치되고, 나머지 일부는 상기 측면 프레임 외측으로 돌출되며, 상기 돌출된 나머지 일부의 하측으로 연장되어 상기 지지블럭의 한 쌍의 플렌지 외측에 위치하는 고정부를 포함하는 난간지주; 상기 난간지주의 고정부를 상기 지지블럭의 한 쌍의 플렌지에 회전 가능하게 고정하는 회전축;을 포함하고, 상기 지지블럭의 하측에서 외측으로 연장된 지지부와, 상기 지지부에서 상측으로 연장되어 상기 난간지주의 하단부를 통과하여 설치되는 지지바와, 상기 지지바에 나사 체결되어 상기 고정부의 이탈을 방지하는 지지너트와, 상기 지지바에 끼워지면서 상기 지지블럭의 지지부와 상기 난간지주의 하단부 사이에 위치하는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다.본 발명은 난간에 작용하는 충격을 완화하여 난간의 파손을 방지하면서도 보행자 등의 인명 손상을 방지하고, 또한, 보행로를 확장하면서도 지지력이 훼손되지 아니할 수 있다.
HANDRAIL STRUCTURE HAVING BUFFERING FUNCTION AND WIDE WALKWAY
The present invention relates to a handrail structure having a buffering function and securing a pedestrian road. The handrail structure includes: a support block including a pair of flanges protruding side by side to the outside and connected to a side frame of the pedestrian road; a handrail pillar installed on a side of the pedestrian road for safety of a pedestrian; and a rotation shaft rotatably fixing a fixing unit of the handrail pillar to the pair of flanges of the support block. A part of the handrail pillar is mounted on the upper side of the side frame, and the rest protrudes to the outside of the side frame. The handrail pillar has the fixing unit positioned on the outside of the pair of flanges of the support block by being extended to the lower side of the rest part protruding. The handrail structure also includes: a support unit extended from the lower side of the support block to the outside; a support bar installed by being extended from the support unit to the upper side and passing through a lower end of the handrail pillar; a support nut preventing separation of the fixing unit by being coupled to the support bar by a screw; and an elastic member positioned between the support bar of the support block and a lower end of the handrail pillar by being inserted into the support bar. The handrail structure prevents loss of lives, such as pedestrians, while preventing damage to the handrail by buffering impacts applied to the handrail. Moreover, the handrail structure can prevent a support force from being damaged even while expanding the pedestrian road.
본 발명은 보행로가 확보되고 완충기능을 가지는 난간구조로서, 보행로의 측면 프레임에 결합되고 외측으로 나란히 돌출된 한 쌍의 플렌지를 포함하는 지지블럭; 보행자의 안전을 위해 상기 보행로의 측면에 설치되는 것으로 일부는 상기 측면 프레임 상측에 거치되고, 나머지 일부는 상기 측면 프레임 외측으로 돌출되며, 상기 돌출된 나머지 일부의 하측으로 연장되어 상기 지지블럭의 한 쌍의 플렌지 외측에 위치하는 고정부를 포함하는 난간지주; 상기 난간지주의 고정부를 상기 지지블럭의 한 쌍의 플렌지에 회전 가능하게 고정하는 회전축;을 포함하고, 상기 지지블럭의 하측에서 외측으로 연장된 지지부와, 상기 지지부에서 상측으로 연장되어 상기 난간지주의 하단부를 통과하여 설치되는 지지바와, 상기 지지바에 나사 체결되어 상기 고정부의 이탈을 방지하는 지지너트와, 상기 지지바에 끼워지면서 상기 지지블럭의 지지부와 상기 난간지주의 하단부 사이에 위치하는 탄성부재를 포함할 수 있다.본 발명은 난간에 작용하는 충격을 완화하여 난간의 파손을 방지하면서도 보행자 등의 인명 손상을 방지하고, 또한, 보행로를 확장하면서도 지지력이 훼손되지 아니할 수 있다.
