To improve eco-friendliness and economy, the present invention provides an environmentally-friendly flame retardant ceramic coating composition. The composition is applied to the surface of a coated object woven and provided in the form of a fiber yarn formed of inorganic or metal raw materials or a fabric made of the fiber yarn to impart nonflammable and flame retardant performance to the coated material so as to be made as nonflammable ceramic FRP. The ceramic coating composition includes: an inorganic filler that is applied and dried on the surface of an object to be coated and is mixed to form a flame retardant layer; a silane compound mixed to control a curing rate so that the ceramic coating composition is applied to the object to be coated and cured to a uniform thickness; an aerosol that supplements the flame retardant performance of the inorganic filler and is mixed to adjust the viscosity so that the ceramic coating composition is continuously coated on the object to be coated; and a solvent mixed so that the inorganic filler, the silane compound, and the aerosol are uniformly dispersed.
