The present invention relates to a salt water spraying snow blower that sprays salt water simultaneously with snow removal. Specifically, the present invention relates to a new concept of technology where, just after a snow removal operation with a snow plow, a saltwater spraying pipe installed at the rear of the snow plow sprays salt water, thereby performing snow removal and de-icing simultaneously. In a conventional snow blower, even if snow is plowed off the road, some residual snow often remains between the asphalt, which quickly freezes, necessitating the separate application of calcium chloride and a sand spreader. The present invention aims to address the issue in a manner in which a rubber plow blade initially removes snow piled on the road to the side and then, a salt-water spraying pipe installed at the rear of the rubber plow blade sprays salt water to remove any remaining residual snow and prevent refreezing.
본 발명은 제설작업과 동시에 염수를 살포하는 염수살포 제설기에 관한 것으로, 특히 제설판으로 제설작업을 하고 난 후 곧바로 제설판의 후방에 설치된 염수 살포관이 염수를 살포하여 제설작업 및 결빙해소를 복합적으로 시행하는 신개념의 기술에 관한 것이다. 종래에 개시된 제설기는 도로 위에서 눈을 밀더라도, 아스팔트 사이에 잔설이 남기도 하고, 이 잔설이 빠르게 결빙이 되어 따로 염화칼슘 및 모래살포기를 투입하는 문제점이 야기된다. 본 발명은 이러한 문제점을 일소하기 위한 방안으로 고무삽날이 1차적으로 도로에 쌓인 눈을 측면으로 제거한 후 상기 고무삽날의 후방에 설치된 염수 살포관이 2차적으로 염수를 살포하여 미처 제거되지 않은 잔설 제거 및 결빙을 방지할 수 있도록 하는 기술을 강구함을 특징으로 한다.
