Building Finishing Panel with Heat Absorption and Heat Dissipation Function
An architectural finishing panel with heat absorption and heat dissipation functions comprises: a panel body installed on the rooftop and interior and exterior walls of a building; and an energy conversion mixture applied to the outside of the panel body to absorb or disperse heat depending on the surrounding temperature. The energy conversion mixture contains 15 to 20% of acrylic resin, 5 to 20 wt% of polyurethane resin, 5 to 15 wt% of thermal energy converting agent, 3 to 10 wt% of heat transfer additive, 10 to 20 wt% of dissolution mixture, and 15 to 40 wt% of water. The thermal energy converting agent includes: a polymer material made of a spherical thermoplastic resin with a hollow structure which forms an internal space; and a metallic inorganic material surrounding an outer surface of the polymer material.
열흡수와 열분산 기능을 갖는 건축마감패널은 건축물의 옥상 및 내외벽에 설치되는 패널본체 및 패널본체의 외측에 도포되어 주변 온도에 따라 열을 흡수하거나 열을 분산시키기 위한 에너지변환혼합물를 포함하며, 에너지변환혼합물은, 아크릴수지 15 내지 20%, 폴리우레탄수지 5 내지 20중량%, 열에너지변환제 5 내지 15중량%, 열전달첨가제 3 내지 10중량%, 용해혼합제 10 내지 20중량% 및 물 15 내지 40중량%를 포함하여 이루어지며, 열에너지변환제는, 내부공간을 형성하는 공동 구조의 구형상의 열가소성 수지로 이루어진 고분자재료 및 고분자 재료의 외측표면을 둘러싸는 금속무기재료를 포함하여 이루어진다.
