The present invention relates to a rain gutter cover for public roads, which can be detachably coupled to the drain of a public road to block the inflow of foreign substances and discharge rainwater through drain holes, enables a middle cover to float when the drain holes are blocked by trash collected by rainwater to open the drain holes below the middle cover, thereby enabling the rainwater to drain smoothly, and can have the middle cover with a significantly reduced size, thereby reducing production costs. The rain gutter cover for public roads, which is coupled to a grating installed in a drain formed in the drainage of a public road to prevent foreign substances from enter the drain, comprises: a base having a drain coupling portion into which the drain holes of the grating is inserted, and detachably coupled to the grating to be supported by the grating; and a middle cover coupled to the widthwise center of an upper portion of the base to move up and down according to the flow rate or velocity of water.
본 발명은 공공도로의 배수구에 착탈 결합되어 이물질의 유입은 차단면서 배수구멍을 통해 빗물을 배출함과 아울러 빗물에 의해 몰려든 쓰레기로 인해 배수구멍이 막힐 경우 미들커버가 부양되어 미들커버 하부의 배수구멍을 개방하여 빗물이 원활하게 빠져나갈 수 있도록 함과 아울러 미들커버의 크기를 대폭 감소시켜 생산비용을 절감할 수 있는 공공도로용 빗물받이 커버에 관한 것에 관한 것으로, 공공도로의 배수로에 형성된 배수구에 설치되는 그레이팅에 결합되어 배수구의 내부로 이물질이 유입되지 않도록 하는 공공도로용 빗물받이 커버에 있어서, 그레이팅의 배수구멍이 삽입되는 배수결합부가 구비되고 그레이팅에 의해 지지되도록 그레이팅에 착탈 가능하게 결합되는 베이스; 물의 유속이나 유량에 의해 상하로 유동하도록 베이스의 상부 폭방향 중앙에 부양 가능하게 결합되는 미들커버;를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
