SANDWICH PANEL HAVING FIXING PROVISIONALLY STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a sandwich panel having a provisionally fixing structure, which is formed by interposing a core material between a first plate and a second plate. For the purpose, the present invention relates to a sandwich panel having a provisionally fixing structure, which is formed by interposing a core material between a first plate and a second plate, wherein the first plate and the second plate have a male coupling part formed to extend to one side and have a female coupling part formed on the other side to extend to be coupled to the male coupling part, wherein the male coupling part is composed of an insertion part that extends obliquely inward from a downward step part to one side while bordering the downward step part formed on one side of the first and the second plate, and wherein the female coupling part consists of: a first extension part extending horizontally to the other side of the first and the second plate; a bending part bent inward toward one side from the first extension part to adhere closely to the downward step part of the male coupling part; and a second extension part extending inward while bordering the bending part. Therefore, provided is a sandwich panel having a provisionally fixing structure, wherein constructibility can be improved by provisionally fixing adjacent sandwich panels to each other.
본 발명은 제1플레이트와, 제2플레이트의 사이에 심재가 개재되어 이루어지는 가결합 구조를 갖는 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 제1플레이트와, 제2플레이트의 사이에 심재가 개재되어 이루어지는 가결합 구조를 갖는 샌드위치 패널에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 상기 제1플레이트와 제2플레이트는 일측으로 연장되는 숫결합부가 형성되고, 타측으로는 숫결합부와 결합되도록 연장되는 암결합부가 형성되되, 상기 숫결합부는 상기 제1,2플레이트의 일측에 형성된 하향단차부를 경계로 상기 하향단차부에서 일측으로 내부를 향해 경사지게 연장되는 삽입부로 구성되고, 상기 암결합부는 제1,2플레이트의 타측에 수평 연장되는 제1연장부와, 상기 제1연장부에서 내측을 향해 일측방향으로 절곡되어 숫결합부의 하향단차부에 밀착되는 절곡부와, 상기 절곡부를 경계로 내부를 향해 연장되는 제2연장부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
