Measuring Device for Movement Amount of Bridge Bearing for Safety Diagnosis
The present invention relates to a movement amount measuring device of a bridge bearing for safety diagnosis, which can conveniently and precisely measure the movement amount of a bridge bearing. The movement amount measuring device of a bridge bearing for safety diagnosis comprises: a position determination plate (31) installed on the upper surface of a magnet holder (30); an insertion hole (32) formed on the upper surface of the position determination plate, and positioned on a line in left and right directions; a channel (90) installed on the lower surface of an angle bar (40), and having a T-groove (91) of which a lower portion is opened; a stopping protrusion (92) formed on a lower corner of the T-groove (91) in opposing directions; a guide beam (100) of an H-cross section inserted into the insertion hole (32) to cross the upper surface of the position determination plate (31), and guiding the channel (90) in a longitudinal direction; a channel guide groove (101) formed on the side of the guide beam (100), and stopped on the stopping protrusion (92); a beam fixing bolt (102) penetrating the guide beam (100) and the position determination plate (31) to be coupled to the magnet holder (30); and a lever bolt (103) screwed to the guide beam (100), and stopping the movement of the channel (90) by pressing the ceiling of the T-groove (91).
본 발명은 안전진단을 위한 교량 받침의 이동량 측정장치에 관한 것으로, 마그넷홀더(30)의 상면에 설치되는 위치결정판(31); 위치결정판(31)의 상면에 형성되고, 서로 좌우방향으로 일직선상에 위치되는 끼움홈(32); 앵글바(40)의 저면에 설치되고, 하부가 개방된 티홈(91)을 갖는 채널(90); 티홈(91)의 하부 모서리에 서로 대향하는 방향으로 형성되는 걸림턱(92); 위치결정판(31)의 상면을 가로지르도록 끼움홈(32)에 삽입되고, 채널(90)을 길이방향으로 안내하는 H단면의 가이드빔(100); 가이드빔(100)의 측면에 형성되고, 걸림턱(92)에 걸리는 채널안내홈(101); 가이드빔(100)과 위치결정판(31)을 관통하여 마그넷홀더(30)에 결합되는 빔고정볼트(102); 가이드빔(100)에 나사결합되고, 티홈(91)의 천장을 압박하여 채널(90)의 움직임을 정지시키는 채널고정용 레버볼트(103)를 포함한다.
