The present invention relates to an expandable modular house with a leak prevention function, When installed continuously in a certain direction along the ground, a cutoff drain pipe capable of cutting off water and inducing drainage is installed between the upper frames of the modular house that are continuously connected to each other to block inflow through a gap of the upper frames continuously arranged close to and connected to each other and prevent indoor penetration of introduced moisture, and drain the moisture outward. More specifically, the expandable modular house comprises a modular body and a water cutoff member which blocks the indoor introduction of moisture penetrating through a gap between the upper frames coming in contact with each other when the modular bodies are continuously installed and extended, and collects water to emit the water outward. When continuously connecting the modular bodies having the same size to construct and expand an indoor space, the water cutoff member is installed between the upper frames of frames coming in contact with and connected to each other, so moisture cannot penetrate inside, thereby preventing corrosion and maintaining a pleasant indoor space.
본 발명은 지면을 따라 일정 방향으로 연속되게 설치시 연속해서 결합되는 모듈하우스의 상부프레임 사이에 차수 및 유도배수가 가능한 차수배수관을 설치하여 서로 연속으로 밀착 연결된 상부프레임의 틈새 사이로 유입의 차단과 유입된 수분을 실내 침투를 방지하며 외부로 배수시킬 수 있는 누수방지 기능을 갖는 확장형 모듈러하우스에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 모듈러본체와 모듈러본체를 서로 연속으로 연장 설치할 경우 서로 접촉하는 상부프레임의 사이 틈새를 통해 침투하는 수분을 내부 공간으로 유입을 차단하며 수집하여 외부로 배출하는 차수부재를 구성하여; 동일한 크기의 모듈러본체를 연속으로 연결하여 실내공간을 확장 시공시 서로 접촉하여 연결되는 프레임 중 상부프레임의 사이에 차수부재를 설치하여 수분이 내부로 침투하지 못하여 부식 방지 및 쾌적한 실내공간을 유지하는 효과가 있다.
