The present invention relates to an LED traffic sign that enables quick and easy replacement of only a faulty LED module among a plurality of LED modules fixed to a back panel of a housing and, more specifically, to an LED traffic sign with easy LED module replacement, comprising: a housing comprising a back plate, a front plate, and side frames that combine the back plate and the front plate to form a space inside; and a number of LED modules installed inside the housing and emitting light forward. In the LED traffic sign, the LED module comprises: a module body having one or more LED chips mounted thereon; a cable extending from both ends of the module body; and connectors installed at each end of the cable. On the front of the back panel, an LED module fixing plate is further installed, in which a number of fixing pieces having a size and shape that can wrap around and fix the cable of the LED module are integrally formed at regular intervals in the upper, lower, left, and right directions. Therefore, by using the connector and fixing piece, only the LED module that has failed at the site where the LED traffic sign is installed can be replaced quickly and easily.
본 발명은, 함체의 후면판에 고정된 다수의 엘이디 모듈 중에서 고장난 엘이디 모듈만을 신속하고 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 엘이디 교통 표지판에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 후면판, 전면판 및 이들을 결합하여 내부에 공간을 형성하는 측면프레임을 포함하는 함체와 상기 함체의 내부에 설치되고 전방으로 빛을 방사하는 다수의 엘이디 모듈을 포함하는 엘이디 교통 표지판에서, 상기 엘이디 모듈은, 하나 이상의 엘이디 칩이 실장된 모듈몸체와, 상기 모듈몸체의 양단에서 연장되는 케이블과, 상기 케이블의 단부에 각각 설치되는 커넥터를 포함하고; 상기 후면판의 전면에는, 상기 엘이디 모듈의 케이블을 감싸서 고정할 수 있는 크기와 형태로 이루어진 다수의 고정편이 상하좌우로 일정 간격을 두고 일체로 형성된 엘이디모듈 고정판이 더 설치됨으로써 상기한 커넥터와 고정편을 사용하여 엘이디 교통 표지판이 설치된 현장에 고장이 발생한 엘이디 모듈만 신속하고 용이하게 교체할 수 있도록 한 엘이디 모듈 교체가 용이한 엘이디 교통 표지판에 관한 것이다.
