The present invention provides a resin composition for manufacturing railroad sleepers comprising 30 to 50 wt% polymer branded with polypropylene and polyethylene in a weight ratio of 3 : 7 to 7 : 3, 10 to 20 wt% glass fiber, 1 to 5 wt% coupling agent, 30 to 50 wt% waste automobile bumper recycled resin, 0.1 to 5 wt% antioxidant, and 0.1 to 5 wt% UV stabilizer, and railroad sleepers manufactured with the composition.
