WATER GATE OPENING AND CLOSING DEVICE FOR AGRICULTURAL WATERWAY
The present invention relates to a water gate opening and closing device for agricultural waterway that simplifies the opening and closing structure and opening and closing method of a water gate, making it easy to manufacture and install, and not only makes it easy and convenient to operate, but also allows the double locking structure to maintain the sealing force of the cover for a long period of time, maximizing the convenience and efficiency of use. According to the present invention, the opening and closing device for agricultural waterway comprises: a blocking unit (10) installed on the waterway to partition the space and allowing water to flow only through a drain hole (12) formed at a set position; a cover unit (20) which controls the flow of water by opening or blocking the drain hole depending on the pivoted position; and a locking unit (30) installed overlapping to enable vertical movement up and down on the cover unit, and locking the pivoted position of the cover unit as it presses the blocking unit due to the vertical movement.
본 발명은 수문의 개폐 구조와 개폐 방식을 간소화함으로써 제작과 설치를 용이하게 하고, 더불어 간단한 조작성에 기인하여 남녀노소 구분없이 쉽고 편리하게 조작할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 2중 잠금 구조로 하여금 덮개의 밀폐력이 장기간 유지되게 하는 등 기존과 차별화된 구조로부터 비롯되는 취급과 사용, 유지 및 관리 보수의 용이함 등으로 인해 사용의 편의성 내지 효율성이 극대화 유도되는 농로용 수로 개폐장치에 관한 것으로, 수로 상에 설치되어 공간을 구획하고, 설정 위치에 형성된 배수홀(12)을 통해서만 물의 흐름을 허용하는 차단부(10);와, 선회된 위치에 따라 배수홀을 개방 또는 차폐하여 물의 흐름을 제어하는 덮개부(20);와, 덮개부 상에서 상하 수직 움직임이 가능토록 중첩 설치되고, 수직 움직임에 기인하여 차단부를 가압함에 따라 덮개부의 선회된 위치를 구속하는 잠금부(30);로 이루어지며, 상기 잠금부(30)는, 덮개판(22)의 정면에 중첩 배치되며, 수직 방향으로 절개된 슬롯(Slot)에 덮개부(20)의 결합돌기(23)가 개입되어 슬롯이 허용하는 범위 내에서 상하 이동 가능하게 설치되는 잠금판(31);과, 잠금판의 정면에서 설정 각도로 돌출되며, 잠금판 하강 시 차단부(10)의 가압편(14)에 밀착 가압되는 가압돌기(32);와, 일측은 가압돌기에 결합되고 타측은 결합돌기에 결합되어 덮개판과 잠금판 사이에 탄성력을 부여하는 스프링(33);과, 잠금판의 상단에 연장 결합되어 사용자의 파지를 허용하고, 사용자가 제공하는 힘을 잠금판에 전달하는 파지부(34);로 구성된다.
