The present invention relates to a method of installing a high-calorie heating cable for road freezing prevention, which is installed to remove snow, prevent freezing of roads in winter, and use the cable safely. The method of installing a high-calorie heating cable for road freezing prevention comprises: a heating cable seating part forming process of forming a heating cable seating part recessed on the road surface with a cutter in order to install a high-calorie heating cable on the road surface; a heating cable seating process of seating the heating cable; a cable connection process of connecting the surfaces of the heating cables to each other with an adhesive and adhesive tape; a mortar housing forming process of seating a mortar housing, which has a lower side inserted into an upper injection port of the heating cable seating part and an upper side in a funnel and box shape, and into which mortar is injected; and a vibration mortar filling process of using mortar as fillers with a vibration filling device that is seated inside the mortar housing and uses mortar as fillers inserted into the heating cable seating part with vibrations while moving back and forth. The present invention can greatly increase productivity by using mortar as fillers while moving back and forth, use the inserted mortar as fillers to perfectly perform mortar finishing work and enable anybody to conveniently perform heating cable installation work on the road surface, facilitate mortar work by preventing the mortar from being attached to a wall surface, and safely protect from physical impacts.
본 발명은 동절기 노면의 제설나 결빙을 방지하고 안전하게 사용사용하기 위하여 설치되는 도로 결빙방지용 고열량 히팅케이블 매설공법으로서, 노면에 고열량의 히팅케이블을 설치하기 위하여 절단기로 노면에 요입된 히팅케이블 안착부를 형성하는 히팅케이블안착부 형성공정과; 히팅케이블을 안착시키는 히팅케이블안착공정과; 상기 히팅케이블의 표면을 히팅케이블을 접착재와 접착테이프로 상호 연결시키는 케이블연결공정과; 상기 히팅케이블안착부의 상측 주입구에 하측이 삽입되고 상측이 깔대기 형상으로 형성된 박스형상으로 형성되어 몰탈이 주입되는 몰탈하우징을 안착시키는 몰탈하우징 형성공정과; 상기 몰탈하우징의 내측에 안착되어 전후로 이동되면서 히팅케이불 안착부에 삽입된 몰탈을 진동으로 충진시키는 진동충진장치로 몰탈을 충진하는 진동충진 몰탈공정으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 몰탈 주입시 몰탈을 가이드하여 주입되는 몰탈을 용이하게 충진시킬 수 있고, 전후로 이동시키면서 몰탈을 충진하여 생산성을 대폭 증가시킬 수 있으며, 삽입되는 몰탈을 충진시켜 완벽하게 몰탈마감 작업을 시행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 누구나 편리하게 노면에 히팅케이블 매설작업을 수행할 수 있고, 충진되는 몰탈이 벽면에 부착되는 것을 미연에 방지하여 몰탈작업이 용이하며, 물리적인 충격으로부터 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
