METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING HOUSEHOLD ITEMS USING A MINERAL CATALYST
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a household item using a mineral catalyst, for reducing the toxicity or harmfulness contained in the household item. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the method comprises the steps of: preparing a silicate solution by immersing a silicate mineral in an amino acid aqueous solution; freezing the silicate solution; thawing the silicate solution; drying the silicate solution to produce a powder; dissolving the dried powder in a solvent and mixing the dissolved powder with an oil agent to produce a mixture; and extruding or injecting the mixture to manufacture a household item.
본 발명은 미네랄 촉매제를 이용한 생활용품 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 규산염 광물을 아미노산 수용액에 침지시켜 규산염 용액을 제조하는 단계, 상기 규산염 용액을 결빙시키는 단계, 상기 규산염 용액을 해빙시키는 단계, 상기 규산염 용액을 건조시키켜 분말제를 제작하는 단계, 상기 건조된 분말제를 용매에 용해키고, 용해된 분말제를 지방제제와 혼합하여 혼합물을 제작하는 단계 및 상기 혼합물을 압출 또는 사출시켜 생활용품을 제조하는 단계를 포함한다.
