The present invention relates to a PC slab for reducing inter-floor noise which has a plurality of rows of sound insulation blocks between an upper and a lower PC plate separated from each other, fixes an end of a fixing member penetrating the sound insulation blocks in the upper and lower PC plates to integrate the upper and lower PC plates, shortens construction periods by using PC slabs produced in a factory, is lightweight, and can effectively reduce inter-floor noise. The PC slab for reducing inter-floor noise comprises: a lower PC plate which is a precast concrete member of a flat plate shape; an upper PC plate which is a precast concrete member of a flat plate shape provided above the lower PC plate to be separated from the lower PC plate; a plurality of rows of insulation blocks provided between the lower PC plate and the upper PC plate in a longitudinal direction to tightly attach the lower and upper surfaces thereof to the lower PC plate and the upper PC plate respectively to maintain the distance between the lower PC plate and the upper PC plate and firmly support each other; and a fixing member vertically penetrating the sound insulation blocks to bury and fix the lower and upper ends thereof in the lower PC plate and the upper PC plate respectively to support a shearing force between the sound insulation blocks and the upper and lower PC plates to allow the upper and lower PC plates to structurally move as one unit, and consisting of a reinforcing bar with hooks formed on the upper and lower ends thereof or a stud bolt with head parts formed on the upper and lower ends thereof.
본 발명은 서로 이격되는 상하부 PC판 사이에 복수 열의 차음블록이 구비되되, 차음블록을 관통하는 정착부재의 단부가 상하부 PC판의 내부에 정착되어 상하부 PC판을 일체화화는 것으로, 공장 생산되는 PC 슬래브 사용으로 공기를 단축하면서도 중량이 가볍고 층간 소음을 효과적으로 저감할 수 있는 층간 소음 저감 PC 슬래브에 대한 것이다.본 발명 층간 소음 저감 PC 슬래브는 평판 형태의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재인 하부 PC판; 상기 하부 PC판의 상부에 하부 PC판과 이격되도록 구비되는 평판 형태의 프리캐스트 콘크리트 부재인 상부 PC판; 상기 하부 PC판과 상부 PC판 사이에 길이 방향으로 구비되어 하부 PC판과 상부 PC판에 하면과 상면이 각각 밀착됨으로써 하부 PC판과 상부 PC판의 간격을 유지하고, 상호 견고하게 지지하는 복수 열의 차음블록; 및 상기 차음블록을 상하로 관통하여 하단과 상단이 각각 하부 PC판과 상부 PC판의 내부에 매립되어 정착됨으로써 상기 차음블록과 상하부 PC판 사이에서 전단력을 지지하여 상하부 PC판이 구조적으로 일체로 거동하도록 하는 것으로, 상단과 하단에 각각 후크가 형성된 철근 또는 상단과 하단에 각각 헤드부가 형성된 스터드볼트인 정착부재; 로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention relates to a PC slab for reducing inter-floor noise which has a plurality of rows of sound insulation blocks between an upper and a lower PC plate separated from each other, fixes an end of a fixing member penetrating the sound insulation blocks in the upper and lower PC plates to integrate the upper and lower PC plates, shortens construction periods by using PC slabs produced in a factory, is lightweight, and can effectively reduce inter-floor noise.
