Fall prevention device with free horizontal movement of steel tower
A fall prevention device capable of moving freely in a horizontal direction on a steel tower according to the present invention comprises: a safety support rail installed horizontally while surrounding the outer circumference surface of a steel tower; a plurality of towing rings installed on a steel tower pillar frame at a predetermined distance above the safety support rail and having an opening part formed thereon to be faced forward; and a safe-work mechanism accommodating the safety support rail, installed to be connected to the towing rings, capable of moving in a horizontal direction along the safety support rail, and connected to a safety vest of a worker by a safety wire. The safety support rail further includes: a rail connection bar perpendicular to a longitudinal direction and connected to the steel tower pillar frame in parallel with the ground; and a rail concave-groove part recessed by a predetermined depth in the longitudinal direction of a lower part. The safe-work mechanism further includes: a fall prevention unit accommodating the safety support rail and restricting the unwinding of the safety wire connected to the safety vest during the fall of the worker; a towing rope provided to surround the steel tower in the shape of a ring while penetrating the inside of the towing rings; and a towing bar formed and bent to connect the surface of the upper end of the fall prevention unit to the inside of the towing rings through the opening part, and having a towing rope inserted and mounted into a towing hole formed through a fore-end in a horizontal direction. Therefore, provided is a fall prevention device capable of moving freely in a horizontal direction on a steel tower, wherein work safety can be secured.
본 발명의 철탑 수평이동이 자유로운 추락 방지장치는, 철탑의 외주면을 두르며 수평 설치되는 안전지지레일; 안전지지레일의 소정 거리 상측으로 철탑 기둥프레임에 설치되며 전방을 향해 개구부가 형성된 다수의 견인고리; 안전지지레일을 수용하고 견인고리에 연결되도록 설치되어 안전지지레일을 따라 수평 이동할 수 있으며, 작업자의 안전조끼와 안전와이어로 연결되는 안전작업기구;를 포함하되, 안전지지레일은, 길이 방향에 직교하며 지면과 수평하게 철탑 기둥프레임에 연결되는 레일연결바; 및 하부 길이방향을 따라 소정 깊이로 함몰 형성되는 레일요홈부;를 더 포함하고, 안전작업기구는, 안전지지레일을 수용하며 작업자 추락 시 안전조끼에 연결된 안전와이어의 풀림을 제한하는 추락방지유닛; 견인고리 내측을 관통하면서 철탑을 환형으로 두르도록 구비되는 견인로프; 및 추락방지유닛의 상단 표면과 개구부를 통해 견인고리 내측을 연결하도록 절곡 형성되며, 선단에 수평 방향으로 통공 형성된 견인공에 견인로프가 끼움 장착되는 견인바;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

A fall prevention device capable of moving freely in a horizontal direction on a steel tower according to the present invention comprises: a safety support rail installed horizontally while surrounding the outer circumference surface of a steel tower; a plurality of towing rings installed on a steel tower pillar frame at a predetermined distance above the safety support rail and having an opening part formed thereon to be faced forward; and a safe-work mechanism accommodating the safety support rail, installed to be connected to the towing rings, capable of moving in a horizontal direction along the safety support rail, and connected to a safety vest of a worker by a safety wire. The safe-work mechanism further includes: a fall prevention unit accommodating the safety support rail and restricting the unwinding of the safety wire connected to the safety vest during the fall of the worker; a towing rope provided to surround the steel tower in the shape of a ring while penetrating the inside of the towing rings; and a towing bar formed and bent to connect the surface of the upper end of the fall prevention unit to the inside of the towing rings through the opening part, and having a towing rope inserted and mounted into a towing hole formed through a fore-end in a horizontal direction. Therefore, provided is a fall prevention device capable of moving freely in a horizontal direction on a steel tower, wherein work safety can be secured.
