The present invention relates to a protective coating composition with enhanced deterioration inhibition capability and durability of a concrete structure and a coating method using the same, The present invention is to provide a room temperature latent moisture-curing water-repellent coating material, that has high peeling resistance, that is enhanced adhesive durability by being easily penetrated due to micropores and hair crack capillary osmosis of a concrete structure and allowing the penetrated coating material to form a chemical bond with the internal tissue surface of the concrete, increases durability due to enhancement of strength of a coating material film according to the present invention by introducing and operating a hydrolyzable cross-linking agent to control the amount of the internal pores within the concrete structure, and at the same time, allows the coating material film surface to have a water-repellent function so that rainwater or salt solution from the outside is repelled to be inhibited from being penetrated. As can be seen from application test evaluation results, the coating material according to embodiments of the present invention, as a result of evaluating the concrete deterioration inhibition effect, has excellent waterproof performance and coating film adhesion performance relative to comparative embodiments and also achieves cold resistance performance due to low-temperature flexibility expression and work convenience due to an operation as a single component in terms of workability.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물의 열화 억제능 및 내구성 강화 보호 코팅제 조성물 및 이를 이용한 코팅법에 관한 것으로서, 콘크리트 구조물의 미세 공극과 Hair Crack 모세관 삼투압에 의해 침투가 용이하면서 침투된 도장재가 콘크리트 내부 조직면과 화학적 결합이 형성되어 박리 저항성이 높은 즉,접착 내구성 향상을 꾀하면서, 콘크리트 구조물 내부 공극수량 조절을 위하여 가수분해성 가교제를 도입 운영함으로서 본 발명의 도장재 도막 강도 향상에 의한 내구성을 증대하도록 함과 동시에 도장재 도막 표면 특성을 발수 기능이 있도록하여 외부로 부터의 빗물 혹은 염용액을 반발시켜 침투억제시킬 수 있는 상온 잠재성 수분 경화 발수 도장재를 제공하고자 한다. 응용 시험 평가 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 본 발명의 실시예들의 도장재에 대한 콘크리트 열화 억제 효과를 평가한 결과 비교 실시예들에 비하여 방수 성능 및 도막 부착 성능이 우수하고 또한 저온 유연성 발현에 의한 내한(耐寒)성능과 작업성 측면에서 일액형으로 운영함에 따른 작업 편리성 측면에서 본 발명의 목적을 달성할 수 있었다.
