AI SMART CLEAN ROAD SYSTEM WITH WASHING WATER AND SALT WATER AUTOMATIC INJECTION FUNCTION USING ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
A clean road system of the present invention comprises: a spray device (40) which is installed under a median barrier (100) of the road, on which vehicles run, to wash the road during summer and detect the temperature of the road, sprays water onto the road surface to lower the temperature when the detected road temperature exceeds a set threshold, and sprays brine onto the road surface for de-icing when snow accumulates on the road during winter; an automatic spray management unit (30) which controls the spraying of the spray device (40) so that the spraying of washing water and brine by the spray device (40) can be performed automatically based on road condition information and weather information; a washing water storage unit (10) which stores washing water to be sprayed by the control of the spray device (40) by the automatic spray management unit (30); a brine storage unit (20) which stores brine to be sprayed by the control of the spray device (40) by the automatic spray management unit (30); and an AI decision unit (80) which learns various road situation data, autonomously determines road conditions, and controls the automatic spray management unit (30), thereby automatically spraying the washing water and the brine in accordance with the road conditions without unnecessary waste. Thus, the clean road system can anticipate weather conditions and road conditions using AI and automatically spray washing water or brine by the spray device installed on the road, thereby automatically performing road surface cleaning, ice prevention, and cooling of the road surface in summer, and preventing waste of water or brine due to indiscriminate spraying and effectively spraying water or brine by spraying water or brine only when necessary.
본 발명은 클린로드시스템에있어서, 차량이 운행하는 도로 중앙분리대(100)의 하부에 설치되어 여름철 도로를 세척함과 함께 노면의 온도를 감지하여 설정된 온도 이상이 되면 노면의 온도를 낮추기 위해 노면에 물이 분사되도록 하고, 겨울철 도로에 눈이 쌓인 경우 제철작업을 위해 노면에 염수가 분사되도록 하는 분사장치(40)와, 상기 분사장치(40)에 의한 세척수와 염수의 분사가 도로의 상태정보와 날씨정보에 따라 자동으로 이루어질 수 있도록 분사장치(40)의 분사를 제어하는 자동분사관리부(30)와, 상기 자동분사관리부(30)에 의한 분사장치(40)의 제어에 의해 세척수가 분사되도록 세척수가 보관되는 세척수저장부(10)와, 상기 자동분사관리부(30)에 의한 분사장치(40)의 제어에 의해 염수가 분사되도록 염수가 보관되는 염수저장부(20)와, 다양한 도로상황 데이터를 학습하고 도로상태를 스스로 판단하여 자동분사관리부(30)를 제어함으로써 세척수와 염수가 불필요하게 낭비되지 않도 도로상태에 맞게 자동으로 분사될 수 있도록 하는 AI판단부(80)로 구성되어 AI를 이용하여 세척수나 염수가 날씨의 상황이나 앞으로의 도로상황을 예측하여 도로에 설치된 분사장치에 의해 자동으로 분사되도록 함으로써 노면세척기능, 결빙방지기능, 여름철 노면의 온도저하가 자동으로 이루어질 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 물이나 염수가 필요시에만 분사되도록 함으로써 무분별한 분사에 의한 물이나 염수의 낭비를 방지하여 효율적으로 분사될 수 있는 효과가 있다.
